OP, is this your first extension? Ask because yes it's 800k two months prior to application in addition to financial requirements since last extension. As for any changes....some immigration offices have been asking for a TM30. Some now ask for last TM47 receipt. Which immigration office do you deal with.

That is completely different statement to what the OP is asking about. You are referring to "credit advice" for income method. The bank letter the thread is about is simple confirmation you owner of the account and balance on day the letter is issued. Examples of the letter were posted earlier in the thread.

Jomtien Reentry Permit
DrJack54 replied to AAArdvark's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I'm not aware of any change of location of re-entry permit desk at either Bangkok airports. At BKK office is just PRIOR to passport control, after security check. At DMK immediately AFTER passport control. Here is thread with detail of reentry permit desk (and procedure (zone 2) at BKK https://aseannow.com/topic/1297706-re-entry-permit-at-airport/ And for DMK https://aseannow.com/topic/1303790-applying-for-a-multiple-re-entry-permit-at-don-mueang-airport/ -
Visa extension renewal
DrJack54 replied to offset's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
OP, here is a thread that reference to some requirements at Hua Hin. The OP in that thread was changing from marriage to retirement so ignore anything regarding that. He did a report last post. https://aseannow.com/topic/1268902-advice-on-retirement-extension-hua-hin/ -

Which immigration office Based on marriage or retirement Money in bank or income method -
You did not understand advice from @CANSIAM . For future travel (entries) always check your stamp. When io hands back your pp walk away from desk and check you have been given correct stamp "admitted until date" Also next entry point out your visa page. In any event your question has been answered. Topic closed.

Outbound flight required?
DrJack54 replied to eboy's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Old thread and OP has his answer -
I'm not sure. Have read couple of reports/threads Here is a snippet from random OP that didn't know if he was on a blacklist. "I've heard back from the e-visa people stating that they are concerned I’m on a blacklist and have cancelled my visa application. They have told me to contact Thai immigration directly" That proves nothing, however have read similar.

Outbound flight required?
DrJack54 replied to eboy's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Most likely Yes, by the airline at departure. There are options for this. Two are use companies such as "onwardticket.com" or buy a throw away cheapest onward flight. These two options can be done in couple of minutes at check in. If airline insist on onward flight just step away from counter and book a flight. Screenshot will of booking will suffice. -
The OP's plan is not original. Has been asked previously. The brainwave of using back to back non O from visa exempt via TM87 is nothing new. I did miss OP stating his plan is to obtain the non O,s via eVisa. Personally don't think it will work ongoing.

Depends. If the OP plans to enter visa exempt each time and obtain the non O at immigration it would involve immigration

Jomtien Reentry Permit
DrJack54 replied to AAArdvark's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Not sure what you mean. Did my reentry permit at DMK last Nov. The reentry office is just past immigration. It seemed I was the only one with filled in TM8+ photo etc. All the others were paying the extra 200b to have immigration fill in forms etc.
