  1. You have misunderstood. I was referring to 3 pages of nonsense from many posters. Simple fact is that to check into hotel the hotel has every right to request pp. In any event this simple thread has run its course. Thread closed.
  2. What part of hotel requesting you pp for check in don't you understand. Hotels have a legal obligation to do a TM30 report. To meet that they require your pp.
  3. Previously online reporting 90 days for next extension was dated from approval. Many threads on this where people point out that it only adds one extra report per year. If your office starts 90 day account from due date great. If its now across all offices even better
  4. Don't get your hopes up. I always apply 14/15 days early and my last 3 rejected at CW. No reason given and no joy explanation wise when doing it in person.
  5. Waste of time back and forth with someone wanting to play their own rules. Most hotels require pp for check in. Posts in thread re wife check in only apply those traveling with Thai. Many do not. After Songkran I will attend bank to obtain bank cheque for condo purchase. I will require pp at bank and also Land office. This thread is 3 pages of nonsense. Check in to a hotel provide your passport. Simple.
  6. It mostly depends on the airline and route. If you are flying eg Jetstar to Thailand you have good chance of issue at check in without onward flight within 30 days
  7. Very silly attitude. BTW what do you use for counter transaction at your bank.
  8. You could have purchased a rent a flight from companies such as "onwardticket.com" 14usd
  9. And I wrote "You MAY require a TM30...." Obtaining a 30 day extension in Bangkok high chance. Many threads such as this indicate tm30 more often than not is required https://aseannow.com/topic/1292207-tm30/
  10. That would not be a good idea. He will receive a ban. He needs to exit via airport now.
  11. You should not be required to do a TM30 for trips out of province or out of Thailand. To obtain a certificate of residence most recent TM47 or TM30 should be sufficient.
  12. It's 2 months prior to date of application for extension. The 4 was a typo. So it's all about the date of application. 800k for 2 months prior to application + maintained at 800k for 3 months after application and not below 400k in other months
  13. Yes. Along with basic photocopies of pp pages TM7 with photo and 1900b If doing it in Bangkok (visa exempt entry) will attend IT mall LakSi
  14. She can obtain a 30 day extension after paying few days overstay at immigration.
  15. Your account has zero to do with overstay of several months. What you related is common place.
  16. Pinned thread: That won't happen. It's not misinformation It's the law. Everyone needs to be aware of their immigration office nonsense.
  17. It's impossible to qualify each statement with what rogue offices do re TM30. There are ~75 offices and I posted the law and what normal offices such as CW enforce. CM is another rogue office.
  18. This is nonsense. You may require a TM30 and prior to checking in you should establish if the hotel can give you screenshot of the TM30
  19. OP, ignore any posts referring to use an agent. Repeat... advise friend to pay fine exit Thailand and return (if want to) after ban expired.
  20. OP, your friend needs to exit Thailand via airport and pay the 20k fine. Will be given a ban. (one year) Serve the time out of Thailand and return after ban if they wish. Do not compound the problem
  21. Ditto. I would take it up to the 800k 4 months prior to application. Note not expiry.
