  1. Yes this is the Non O Your stamp has an expiry. Apply for the 12 month extension up to 30 days prior to this expiry date (most offices) or 45 days at some offices eg CW,CM,Phuket etc
  2. You can exit and reenter as often as you wish. Each entry you will be stamped in for 90 days. The visa upon issue is valid for one year. It will have a "valid till" date. By exiting and reenter just prior to expiry you would receive another 90 days. Hence it is possible to obtain almost 15 months from this visa. Note: for the "extra" 90 days after expiry of the visa you would need to buy a reentry permit to exit and reenter. Where would you obtain a ME Non O marriage?
  3. Bring me up to speed. So you are asking about obtaining a 12 month extension and NOT obtaining a Non O retirement visa? If an extension then yes with funds in bank for 2 months you can apply for extension up to 30 days remaining on permission of stay or 45 early at some offices
  4. Sounds like Jomtien. In any event obtain Reentry Permit when extension is in passport. Note: you can also obtain reentry permit at airport on day of departure. Outlined here. https://aseannow.com/topic/1340001-re-entry-permit/
  5. Also appointment for CW not sending OTP. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/onlineservice-and-publicguide/
  6. Correct. Seems to be a banking issue and specifically NEW bank accounts being opened. Discussed also in News Forum. https://aseannow.com/topic/1351977-foreigners-face-new-hurdles-in-opening-thai-bank-accounts/
  7. @ThaiVisaCentre do you have any advice regarding this thread.
  8. This thread almost from start is off topic regarding legality of agents. Thread closed. This topic currently here... https://aseannow.com/topic/1351851-visa-services-limited-now/
  9. Unless you have exited Thailand since or perhaps even stayed away from residence then your existing TM30 should be fine There is two forms re acknowledgement of overstay etc. No big deal. They hand it to you and you sign it. You are over thinking it.
  10. First up thanks for report. Very clear. Myself likewise re TM47. Few years previously the doc check girls wanted it. Last extension did not. Re bank statement... fact that you have an FD account you should not require bank statement. So you did not make deposit into the FD account.
  11. After security screening you go down escalator. It's Zone 2 to the left side of immigration lines (passport control)
  12. 12 month bank statement from BBL will take approx 3-5 days if branch is in Bangkok or little longer if apply outside of Bangkok. 200b
  13. Sorta correct. There are a few border crossing with immigration offices that could issue a reentry permit. Suggest folk don't rely on that and better to obtain permit at their local immigration office. Here is cut and paste from @BritTim "Usually, you can only get a re-entry permit at the immigration office that issued your most recent extension, or at the airport on the day of departure. A few immigration offices located close to selected land crossings will issue you re-entry permits on the basis that you are on your way to cross over, leaving Thailand. If planning to leave by land, indicate the crossing you want to use and someone may be able to suggest where you can get a re-entry permit."
  14. Doesn't matter if you obtain reentry permit at BKK or DMK. The permit is obtained on day of departure. Meaning you are exiting Thailand. At BKK the reentry permit desk is PRIOR to immigration (passport control) Zone 2 to the left of immigration lines. I posted pic earlier At DMK the reentry permit desk is JUST PAST immigration control. You can see the office from passport control. Both airports offer a 200b service fee to fill in application+ photo.
  15. You need new queue #. Currently appointments for extension retirement are few and far between. I also deal with CW and never bother with going to reentry permit desk after extension. Some folk do....I obtain at airport
  16. An agent either meets you in person airside and takes you though immigration or you are greeted and stamped it. Folk with multiple visa exempt stamps (one example) some opt for this service. Here is a company you can check out. https://www.facebook.com/srthaivisaservices/?checkpoint_src=any
  17. Yes. Most folks obtain reentry permit at same visit to immigration for extension. 1000b single....3800b multiple. The reentry permit has expiry same as the extension. Personally I prefer to obtain permit at the airport.
  18. Not sure why folk ask. Some offices allow fillable forms. Some want forms filled in by hand etc etc. Just use a blue pen and fill in (by hand) the TM7.
  19. Just to be clear....if you are just visiting for future holidays what interaction would you have with immigration.
  20. No problem. Now we have two reports from Pattaya. Appreciate the info. Hopefully some clarification soon.
  21. Glad thread wasn't closed as was not aware of that info you attached. Watch this space. Here is Tik Tok Facebook
  22. Some office do some don't. https://aseannow.com/topic/1334200-90-days-report-after-getting-1-year-extension-follow-the-last-date-of-report-or-count-new/
  23. The same agent (Tik Tok) you are referring to goes on to say on their Facebook page that other services such as....."obtaining renewal of extension" etc business as usual.
