  1. You must be using online reporting option. Even then it's problematic.
  2. The OP is now aware of 90 day reporting obligations. Thread closed.
  3. There is plenty of advice re 90 day reporting from immigration sites to general information.. Your thread is not creditable.
  4. Clearly the OP is unaware of this simple requirement. The links I posted have explained it. Assume he is now aware.
  5. Basic research. Here is another explanation from various general searches. https://www.thaiembassy.com/thailand-visa/90-day-reporting# Not gov site however often provide more simple explanation.
  6. You are required to do a 90 day report if in Thailand for 90 continuous days. That requirement is posted widely on all immigration sites and other sites along with AseanNow etc. If you exit Thailand then the clock is reset upon reentry. Start here: ... https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/90days-report/
  7. You have received correct answers re working in any role in small business of Thai wife. It has been asked about often. Most common is to "help out" in Thai wife street food or cafe. The answer is NO NO . However having lived in Thailand for years as a project manager you would be aware of this.
  8. So you can't get a response to application for project manager or similar with excellent employment history in Thailand and 3 years training for that job and the fall back option is sell tissues (as per OP) at shop front?
  9. Yet you posted this .... "In the past, I worked in Thailand for about two years as a technical advisor/supervisor for mechanical construction of steam turbines for power plants and cogeneration projects" So you worked as a "technical advisor" Without a degree
  10. Because that's what you suggested and asked about in the OP. Good ...stay there working and visit as often as possible
  11. And yet in your OP.... So from Project manager to selling tissues in shop front in the boonies. Is that the plan
  12. You need a source of income to live in Thailand and I think you mentioned in thread I linked is that you have two children. Then suggest a mar par shop as means to support family of 4.
  13. Couple of bad taste comments and reply removed
  14. Portrays very big contrast to your 2023 thread. https://aseannow.com/topic/1309955-divorce-yesno/ I wish you all the best however the type of job you indicate and life plan is a slow motion train wreck.
  15. Yes. Also as was suggested...best to avoid immigration for that week in Pattaya.
  16. Brilliant...now go and find the answer and update thread with something positive.
  17. From AI....."During Songkran 2025, which falls on April 13-15, the Jomtien Immigration Office will likely be closed. It's advisable to handle any immigration matters before these dates to avoid potential disruptions". .... Personally I would avoid the whole week. Pattaya does extended Songkran craziness
  18. Would be good if they (amazing guys) could sort out online reporting issues for one. To have it "humming quite nicely"
  19. Time will tell. I like the saying (advice) used sometimes in sport.... "Play within your limitations" From what I have seen over the years eg TM30, TM47 etc....they can't organize a picnic.
  20. Have you gone through the application fields. The only thing of meaning is passport information. It's pointless checking most of anything else. Address where you are staying. Exit from Thailand etc etc .....all meaningless fields.
  21. They do not require 72 hours in advance. As per usual it's lost in translation. @brewsterbudgen posted useful link earlier in thread. Here is cut and paste from that .... "The TDAC form can be completed in no earlier than 3 days before your planned entry into ThailandThe system will automatically open the calendar based on today's date, and you can then select an arrival date within the next three days"
  22. That means "up to 3 days in advance" You can do it day prior to flight. The shear volume of entries to Thailand would not allow for processing or verification. We have a previous model. The TM6 card. When was that information checked/verified
  23. It seems that some genius came up with idea to sync TM30 with TM47 after trip abroad. Subsequently required 90 day report in person and new TM30. Some offices made the TM30 optional. As they do.
  24. That has been mentioned. One of 2 things will happen. The option to being able to enter "Thailand" OR just put your passport country. I see that as a minor issue. I did a mock application and for country of residence I put my pp country. If address was required I would put my sister's joint or if I had no sister I would put made up address. Think of the old TM6 the address of where you stay is basically a nonsense. Again ...back to your average tourist not a lot remain in same location. Guessing for some the first night or two Bangkok then after that and after that they move about.
