  1. Perhaps outline what you provided. TM47 form TM30? Any photocopies of pp pages. Which immigration office
  2. Some immigration offices do a 90 report at same visit for extension. Even if report window is not open. Meaning they do it early. If your report window is open you can do the TM47 report. You would do the extension first and then do the 90 report. Which immigration office?
  3. The OP already stated that he is going to Rayong immigration. He is looking for a heads up on what to expect.
  4. Which immigration office. The TM47 should not have been required unless it was, due.
  5. Post re agent removed. OP has not asked regarding agents.
  6. Yes for obtaining inside of Thailand for a Non O retirement the funds need to be shown came from abroad. For application for Non O retirement outside of Thailand then the funds can be in a non Thai bank. Also for extensions funds do not need to come from abroad if using money in bank method. Income method monthly transfers need to be from abroad
  7. Where to start. Seems you have not been providing TM30. Electricity bill etc does not cut it. Surprised has worked in the past. Which immigration office? So you don't own the condo. Thats referred to as "credit advice" You need to chat with bank. Is your extension based on marriage? Immigration wants proof transfers were from abroad.
  8. Small tip. If folk Google their entry date + 89 days then you receive new due date. In OP case he reentered Feb 25. The result spits out..... "Your starting date is February 25, 2025 so that means that 89 days later would be May 25, 2025."
  9. Previously if returning to regular address on same visa or reentry permit from a road it was not required. Then they wanted to sync TM30 with TM47 or something ridiculous. Let's hope it changes at some point in the future.
  10. My understanding neither parent is Thai. @brewsterbudgen could clarify.
  11. It will be first report online since reentering Thailand from abroad. You do it in person. Regards, doing it tomorrow... In person you can do it up to 7 days late. Since you have done it online, may as well wait for rejection
  12. Don't think I have ever read Bangkok Bank producing a 12 month bank statement within 1 day. Only ever read 3-5 days. Have never read where the "Bank Letter" has not been required.
  13. Agree. Just added note to folk looking to open a bank account be aware that for WISE transfers BBL, Kasikorn and SCB are the 3 banks that have higher transfer limit. BBL cannot do 12 month bank statement on the spot. SCB does not have a branch at CW. And the Winner is.....
  14. You need to provide 12 month bank statement or at very least bank book with photocopies back till previous extension in order to prove financial compliance. The "Bank Letter" is a different item. It's just a page statement showing you are owner of the account and balance on that day. The income method has two big advantages. 1. No need to tie up 800k and forgo far better investment options. 2. You can maintain virtually zero in the account and in event of passing the money is not tied up in probate etc
  15. Many folk don't have a "benefit letter" or pension etc. In any event Canadian embassy no longer will issue income letter. Start depositing 65/40k per month like many others are doing.
  16. There are always various immigration offices playing by their own made up rule book. Goes without saying
  17. Yes some offices are accepting DIY print outs. Silly really. They shouldn't be accepted. The 12 month bank statement and bank letter can be obtained prior to application for extension. Even BBL can produce 12 month statement in 3-5 days. The letter and statement valid for 7 days.
  18. Snip from OP in unrelated thread... " No new TM30 was required by Rayong when my wife returned from abroad last year." She ain't Thai
  19. Exactly. Also the income can be just that. Income from shares etc. As an aside...years ago I had chat with senior Lady working at Oz embassy Bangkok. When discussing this topic she stated something along these lines... "We never should have been endorsing statutory declarations. (other countries= affidavit) as they are only for use within Australia" The notion that embassies can/should actually verify incomes is a joke.
  20. Won't be fined. Here is info from Samut Prakan immigration office. "Q: What age should my kids start doing 90 day reporting? ANSWER: If your children live with you and you already do 90 Day reporting yourself, then there is no need for your children to do so too. However, by the time they reach the age of 15, they should start doing 90 Day Reporting themselves. If you child is over 15, there could be a fine of 2,000 Baht" Quote from this. http://www.samutprakanimmigration.go.th/frequently-asked-questions/
