  1. My first reply in attached thread outlines the process. https://aseannow.com/topic/1311886-visa-exempt-to-retirement-extension-process-and-cost/
  2. You are actually asking about a non O based on retirement and subsequent 12 month extension. Still available
  3. No. You will need to show 12 months transfers into Your Thai bank account in your name only. After that you can transfer into wife account. .. Also if previously using agent your plan will NOT work
  4. Please post back as will assist others. Best of luck.
  5. You could consider a 60 day extension to visa wife and also a reentry permit then apply for your extension when you return to Thailand. If you had asked earlier I would have suggested agent as generally they can assist with early application especially with flights out of Thailand.
  6. Which immigration office requires TM30 upon return for travel to another province.
  7. She is either wrong or following the rules from people up the chain at Jomtien. Jomtien is a crackpot immigration office as are CM in regard to TM30 official rules..
  8. Attempt at humor or you don't have a clue. Which one
  9. https://aseannow.com/topic/1130123-re-60-day-extension-to-visit-your-wife/
  10. Will you return and enter reentry permit? If so TM30 not required. Which immigration office?
  11. What about when you exit and reenter Thailand
  12. Yes you can. Personally, I transfer 130k every month and transfer it few days later into GF,s account.
  13. I just tried to make an appointment. Only showing available up to Jan 5.
  14. Correct without "income letter" from embassy. UK,USA,AU do not provide that service
  15. The OP most likely is asking for recommendation of an agent to obtain 12 month extension based on retirement.
  16. Which immigration office do you deal with.
  17. It's actually an "extension based on retirement" By way of example I just searched "extension retirement CW with agent AseanNow" The screenshot attached shows all the threads on that question.
  18. Think it's 30. Avoid time slot 8.30am The same time the banks open. Gives very little time for bank letter etc.
  19. Read the threads in this forum. Here is a tip..,..for example google "current requirements for extension retirement CW AseanNow" Make sure to include AseanNow at end. That brings up all the threads on that question. Much better than AseanNow search. Any comments from ubonjoe take that as 100% correct advice.
  20. So do you plan to have dealings with immigration. Why is TM30 of interest?
  21. Did you read my post. CM are off the charts regarding this issue You should not need to file new TM30. However CM against the rules require this.. Rogue office . TM30 has nothing to do with TM47. Go to your rubbish office.
  22. If payment not yet processed .. Bin it and start over.. If that eVisa dose not allow you to review and edit the application, then bin it.
  23. OP, your post is almost incomprehensible. Guessing you plan to enter Thailand visa exempt. That would require onward flight for airline at departure. Companies such as "onwardticket.com" can provide that. Accepted by airlines. Not requested by immigration on arrival.
  24. Immigration will not refuse 30 day extension when apply at immigration office in Thailand. Your previous two post are nonsense. Stop asking for a "friend" Previously you posted... "Just wondering, Do immis know if farang's been outside of Thailand?" Of course they do.
