  1. You are unaware of the financial requirements. You require 65k+ transfers EVERY month. Also helps if approx same date.
  2. You may have an issue. Recently there was report of Jomitien requiring 2 month seasoning for funds to apply for non O from visa exempt or tourist visa entry. That is not correct however nothing new with that office. Perhaps you have had 800k+ in the account so not an issue. It's only Jomitien that is playing this game.
  3. OP, obviously you plan to exit Thailand without a reentry permit to kill off the non O-A and reenter visa exempt. To obtain a non O retirement you need to show the funds (800k) came from o/s. Usually if you can show the funds have been in Thailand for some time then that is not required. Which immigration will you use.
  4. Thanks for those links. (haven't had a good look yet) So without starting a new thread perhaps I can ask here. So the Thai gf rents a townhouse (Bangkok) to a farang. He has a non B (teacher) He just returned from trip o/s. His school is telling him he requires a new TM30. So I'm in process of assisting her to register so she can do TM30 for him. First hurdle...what are these questions in attached screenshot.
  5. You will need to show 400k in the bank for 2 months prior to application for extension for first and all subsequent extensions. Best to maintain the 400k until you receive final stamp after under consideration period. Here is link with reference to Nonthanburi. I vaguely recall that office requiring you to have a witness. Seems strange. Hopefully someone that deals with that office can advise. Also think they require 2 copies of docs. https://aseannow.com/topic/1301780-what-is-a-letter-certifying-that-i-am-‘a-member-of-the-referred-family’/
  6. This thread contains couple of links to CW specific and a list from ubonjoe. https://aseannow.com/topic/1272122-2022-updated-requirements-and-or-process-for-extension-based-on-marriage/
  7. Thinking he can also obtain a 30 extension so it would be 60+30+60. The last 60 (to visit wife)
  8. You don't want a non O-A. How long do you wish to stay in Thailand each visit
  9. Recently have done few international trips with check in luggage. One yesterday Hanol>DMK. There was zero waiting time at the DMK for the baggage and I had fast track for immigration. You don't have an issue.
  10. Yes. A 30 day extension obtained at Thai immigration office simply adds 30 days to your current permission of stay.
  11. If they did a TM30 they should be able to provide her with screenshot of the TM30. She needs to provide that to immigration to obtain the 30 day extension.
  12. Thanks for first hand detailed report. Excellent detail.
  13. Lot of that is incorrect. First up let's skip the term "visa run" So you entered mid dec. Then plan to obtain 30 day extension. Already mid Feb. Then visit Philippines for couple of weeks. You can fly back to Thailand and enter visa exempt for another 30 with option to extend by 30. Even then could do border bounce for another visa exempt entry. Chill.
  14. The OP stated "not employee" Find this thread suspicious. OP needs to provide more details.
  15. Yes, you cannot obtain multi entry TV. Each tv provides 60 day permission of stay which can be extended by 30 days. So 2 back to back SETV would provide 6 months. Moving forward to living in Myanmar you could enter Thailand when required using visa exempt entry. The important thing would be time between visits. Thinking your plan workable.
  16. You are directed to have a TM30 within certain period upon arrival. That not really important. You could provide a TM30 made any time prior to applying for extension to visa exempt or tourist visa entry.
  17. Agree with your summation. The only rider here is that we are dealing with CM immigration. If it was eg CW, I would suggest that provide any TM30 screenshot for 30 day extension to a 30 day visa exempt entry. The within 24 day etc would be irrelevant. They just want to see evidence that you are staying in province where you are applying for the 30 day extension.
  18. No. In his case he entered on new visa exempt. He did not have continuous stay with exit and reentry protected by reentry permit or multi entry visa. He will need a new TM30 at every immigration office.
  19. Grace is head of @ThaiVisaCentre Yes they can be trusted.
  20. This thread is short however has couple of links and one for appointment which is now required at Vientiane https://aseannow.com/topic/1297523-info-application-of-tourist-visa-vientianelaos/
  21. It's certainly different than years gone by. Most provinces require a certificate of residence from immigration and that might be possible with a tourist visa and even visa exempt stamp. (not possible in Bangkok) Alternatively a "residence certification" from embassy, however USA,UK,AU do not provide that service. It's possible purchase of insurance would assist the process. Use of an agent is an alternative, however that also currently seems less straight forward. The OP in this thread asks questions however no good at answering questions such as "do you have a Thai bank account" If not then it might be advantageous to obtain the non O prior to entering Thailand
