400k in the bank for two months - cutting it fine!
Hopefully can sneak in a question rather than start a thread. So off to CW next week for 12 months extension retirement. Normally have everything prepared. This year I plan to obtain photos etc done at the photo print stall lower level. Is that possible? In regards photocopies can you just hand your pp to shop and say "retirement". Finally anyone had experience with obtaining 12 month bank statement at Kasikorn Bank at CW.. I do have a reason for not preparing in advance TIA....

TM30 question when taking a holiday
It will be your second 90 day report. You should be able to do that online. It seems that online at CW is having issues for some folk currently. My last 2 reports have had to done in person (for unknown reason) Be aware that there is also mail option however that should be done 15 days prior to due date. Edit: just noticed this current thread .... https://aseannow.com/topic/1308014-tm-47-90-days-report-online-jomtein/

Did everything by the book - 11,000 baht fine today
For once we agree. So often this occurs. So frustrating esp when folk take time to help. If anyone wants a giggle check out other OP threads... "Neighbor stealing my water" is a funny one.

Re Entry Permit
Excellent summary. I was not 100% sure if immigration stamp USED for single reentry. I always obtain a multi. Just for others..the single is 1000b and multi 3800b. So do the sums on what suits you best.

TM30 question when taking a holiday
Stop. You do not remotely understand the thread. Stick to learners lane. Read threads above yours eg one from @Kalasin Jo also my earlier posts. The silly example you post re using TDL or check in using Thai partner is irrelevant. Even for international travel a new TM30 is not required. Read the thread.

TM30 question when taking a holiday
Nonsense. In next few months I will make 5 international trips. Not to mention recent trip to Pattaya and next week up country. You don't need TDL. Read the two posts above yours.

TM30 question when taking a holiday
Excellent post. To highlight one sentence from your post " They said what matters is the visa you came in on, or obtained in country after entering visa exempt, and extensions from it. Those must be continuous to keep the address where you live here registered" Exactly. Sadly couple of rogue offices are not following new rules 2020 Main one CM

Re Entry Permit
You are good to go. Assume that you have not exited Thailand since your last extension.

90 Day Report Question
That's my guess. Standard practice for CW is to include items you mentioned in return envelope. Somehow your TM47 receipt was not included

400k in the bank for two months - cutting it fine!
Using money in bank method the rules are clear. For extension based on retirement funds 800k in bank for 2 months prior and 3 months after day of application. Not below 400k in other months. At CW you can apply up to 45 days prior to expiry of your permission of stay. Note applying early does not alter your "annual extension date" The 12 months starts from expiry of current permit.

Is there any 180 days limit a year rule for tourists in Thailand?
Mainly because it's not required.

Is there any 180 days limit a year rule for tourists in Thailand?
No

Non-O visa extension : how many time ?
Yes. Go early so that if any issue you have time to fix it up. Note that your 12 extension is added to the expiry date of current extension
-
Non-O visa extension : how many time ?
Yes Regards your extension if you ever wish to exit Thailand make sure you obtain a reentry permit. Some folk obtain the reentry permit same visit as the extension

Non-0 based on 65k income with 2 monthly international deposits
Have your pension deposited into your bank account in home country. Subsequently transfer 65k+ from home bank account using WISE or similar

TM30 question when taking a holiday
I have been at same address in Bangkok for 10 years obtaining extensions at CW. Last extension of Oct 2022 they wanted my TM47. First time ever. They also wanted Bank Statements. First time ever. As for TM30....I have never even done one. Just provided a 12 month lease. Next week I apply for extension and will report my experience.

400k in the bank for two months - cutting it fine!
Fine.. Your previous post was a joke re attending immigration with zero forms and preparation. You did not even mention bank letter etc etc. In previous post. Now you mention photos, bank statements etc etc You organized previously Your first post is misleading or rubbish at best

doubt with a girl ( police blacklist )
Grant you one thing... You are very polite. You are in scare mode. There is zero change of any issues with future visits. The guys that post basically have zero communication and block are correct. If you the scary cat type visit Thailand to another location. Personally find Phuket ok for one or 2 visits What's your issue? Stay elsewhere. Trust me Thailand has much more to offer than Phuket

400k in the bank for two months - cutting it fine!
Only quoting to give OP a heads up. His immigration office can be anal re requiring bank statements, even for first extension. Could ask for bank statements.. If bank is Bangkok Bank ...that could be an issue
-
400k in the bank for two months - cutting it fine!
That's impossible. For anyone that has a road map then most likely best to base that on CW requirements. There are ~ 75 immigration offices. Best to ask for roadmap and then check with your own immigration office.. Plenty of Rogue offices out there. Again thanks @Red Phoenix for all your efforts.
