You do not live in the same Thailand I live in. Happiness is something that many people feel and express where I live in Pattaya. I do not own a car. Should my common area fee include car park maintenance? I don't use the bottom floor swimming pool either (use the lap pool on a different floor) Should I pay maintenance for that?
