Now I fly everywhere with my teen age daughter and premium economy allows us to sit together alone. The seats are bigger, more leg room, a bit better service than economy. When the seat in front reclines it's not in your lap. Makes that Taipei to SFO a bit easier. Treat yourself, don't cheat yourself.

I flew coach for many years simply because that's what my Company gave me. It wasn't till recently I started with premium economy, and now when I look aft through the draw curtain into economy I wonder how I survived. Still can't pull the trigger on business class ticket though.
