  1. If scratching the itch is all that's on your mind, it's not surprising your level of satisfaction is low. IMHO Thai women are excellent bed companions if one thinks of their enjoyment as well.
I was talking about looks. I have never seen a red hot farang wife or GF.

They don't even come close to western women eg downtown Sydney or gold coast Australia or most big cities in Europe

Scratching the itch is what they do well and of course the favor is returned in the bedroom. Most men want to please.. Your not special lol

  2. Who gets that money, the customer or airbnb?

Air bnb of course. There will always be a a tiny risk with air bnb due to life circumstances. The host isn't a hotel with permanent staff 24/7

An emergency, to many to mention could mean the host isn't available for check in

If you don't like that risk then go ahead and pay a hotel room for a month at 4 times the price and a tiny space
  3.
I can agree about anything, but I simply refuse to acknowledge this.

I did live in Montreal and Toronto for a long time where there are a lot of beautiful women. Plenty of good looking Asians, but also many women from every corner of the world. Of course, I do realize that these women are all in their 20's, but they blow Thai women out of the water. Yes, some are fat, but have you seen Thai women recently?
I agree. Nothing much good about thai girls unless it's top shelf go go bar, more expensive than the West

I've yet to see an attractive wife on a farangs arm

They are good to scratch the itch though

  4. I've used Airbnb a few times but have run into a few issues. Firstly, the room owner can cancel a booking with no financial penalty, unlike the guest who, even with free cancellation, has to pay at least the service fees to Airbnb. This has happened to me and it's very annoying trying to find a new place at the last minute. All that happens for the owner is a comment on the review page that he/she cancelled the room.

Last year I booked Airbnbs in Japan. The Japanese Govenment suddenly introduced a law stating that all short term rental acommodation needed a licence. Airbnb removed all their Japanese listings, only reinstating them when a licence number had been issued. Both my places were affected and although Airbnb offered generous terms to guest whose plans had been upset, it was extrememly difficult to find alternatives, especially with most owners that received their licence realising rooms were now at a premium and raising prices accordingly. This could happen in Thailand and elsewhere. Great opportunity for a little corruption for the expediting of licences!

Wrong. Air bnb owners are penalized for pulling a reservation
If it happens several times then they are banned for life
Did you really think that air bnb would let them off the hook?
It's a multi billion dollar success story and for good reason.

  5. I'm not disputing the fact they have better service and are better value than hotels, but we have seen the extents that the ruling "elites" go to in Thailand to hang onto the money, having the government removed is nothing to them, removing street vendors from outside their expensive real estate easy done, if they let Airbnb prosper I for one will be pleasantly surprised.
No way to police it. Ain't gonna happen

  6. You should catch up with things. The UK embassy ceased the accepting of applications for income letters on the 12th December, the US embassy ceases issuing affidavits on 31 December, the Australian embassy ceases witnessing Statutory Declarations for income on the 7th January and the Danish embassy has already ceased issuing letters of income from the end of November, so you should check your facts before posting.
Only the USA issues affidavits. I think your due diligence needs fine tuning before making BS statements
