  1. Several airlines stopped serving alcohol (and food in some cases) on board to reduce interaction between crew and passengers and increase mask usage.
  2. The Google Maps location linked to and the hospital website aren't very accurate. They show it outside Door 3 whereas now it is up by Doors 7/8 on the ground floor. Not my pic.
  3. I too will comment when comment is required, but if nonsense needs responding to (like yours often does) I see nothing wrong with doing that too. I can see as well as anyone else on the outside what the cost of doing business here is, but without the detailed knowledge of the owners (many of whom are Indian, Chinese, Caucasian etc despite your claim about foreigners not being "proper landlords") I wouldn't try to tell them how to run their business. Maybe you could try that approach sometime instead of blowing off with your usual garbage?
  4. Still a long way off being up and running as far as I can tell. Ex CP Air, PIA, Orange Air and Orient Thai Airlines Boeing 747-200.
  5. Laughable - like most of your comments. And you have no experience of being a landlord either, but see fit to put your skewed views across as fact when they're just drivel of the tallest order.
  6. Restaurant and surrounding street food plaza called Runway 88.
  7. You have no experience in any type of hospitality or other business but still criticise on here endlessly. Why is that?
  8. Free on laptop and phone for me. No action needed after running as Australia was on the default list of selectable places for me.
  9. Type "OSK" into Windows search to access the On Screen Keyboard.
  10. Impossible for anyone on here to say without knowing your history, but you can find out on line. Try here to start with: https://www.gov.uk/check-state-pension/prove-identity
  11. Agreed. The UK and other biometric passports are similar in that the chip contains only the information from the personal data page and the facial biometrics from the photo.
  12. Fingerprint only for me when doing cardless withdrawals. Can't forget that. ????
  13. If you tick "Returning to Thailand", the box for "Estimated Date of Departure from Thailand" will disappear so they won't know how long you're staying and your 30 days insurance will be fine.
  14. No. Unless it's changed you get sent a link which allows you to create your own password.
  15. Can't help you with timescales, but it's all done electronically now - no need to go to the Embassy at all. https://thaievisa.go.th/
  16. https://tqm-app.com/static/thailandpass/detail-ta-fwdgi.html
  17. They are normal on making a connection to an unswitched socket.
  18. It should be when they're not really enhancements as appears to be the case here.
  19. 426 baht and it's a 23 seater. ???? The Jomtien office will only accept advance bookings a maximum of 2 days in advance, but in this case it doesn't appear to matter as there's no online booking fee as there is with their other services. In Hua Hin they offer a hotel connection on line (and on the bus IME) for a fee but there is still a free minibus to the clock in the town centre which may be a better option. Bolt may also be better, especially if there's more than one passenger
  20. More likely to promote them for sticking to the rules under pressure.
  21. If it's not ticketed through to Phnom Penh on one booking then the airline from Kathmandu may refuse you boarding. They would be contracted to take you to BKK only and you wouldn't meet the requirements to go there.
  22. I'm sure they'll say something as when I did mine, my agent insisted on stapling into my passport a note saying the 90 day report had been done on line. They wouldn't do that for no reason.
  23. Not so easy if he's not vaccinated .
