Did you try the autofill function on your phone? It's my understanding that the data is not stored and retrieved locally after you enter passport number and nationality, but pulled from the immigration database, so a change in device should not make any difference.

I don't know where himmel is from so don't know his banking procedures, but for the UK (and I believe the EU) bank to Wise transfers are almost instantaneous in nearly all cases. Where are from that induces delays?

Evisa accounts are not held by the Embassy but centrally by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Are you accessing it via this page?

I've never used the app so that may be the reason, but when I enter my User ID and password I get this screen giving me the choice of OTP or APP. Do you not see this? If you see the "You can get help" that also looks like it could allow you to change to OTP.

As an alternative to the EU one (which should work in Singapore), on Mor Phrom go into "Digital Health Certificate" then "Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate".
