    Oh dear. How many people, over the years, have been found guilty in a court of law only to be found totally innocent years later? Courts are not fool proof. They can only judge a case by the evidence put before them.

    Any stamp in ones passport is a visa. An extension of stay is a visa giving permission to stay.

    No form to fill out at Buriram IO. I was asked for 400 Baht but I refused to pay.

    But the form you filled in didn't carry an ID number signifying as to its purpose which is standard procedure at government offices in Thailand. All it said was TM.
