While he may have some validity to the fact the US overpays our share to WHO, Nato and several other world organizations the answer isnt cut and run but realign. China is sitting back and watching the reactions and has tremendous traction with all the countries trump pisses on. Russia is sucking China tit to keep their agenda going and it will be worse if trump tries to negotiate any piece deal, which really isnt up to us in the first place. Its not our country being attacked. should we support them in their fight absolutely, should we encourage EU and Nato countries to support Ukrane, absolutely. Russia has been clear since they stole back Crimea what their intent is if no one stops them. Sure work out immigration agreement to stop travel thru mexico and other central American countries to the US and return illegals but its not a simple fix. Your probably better off drafting the wording to include smoking of any type: ie, tobacco, vaping and cannabis or other substances. I believe legally you can only designate that for common areas but not inside owned condos. You can add language that use (smoke\smell) from inside a condominium can not infringe on air quality in adjacent common areas or within other condominiums. I would also confirm who actually owns the balconies as some building they are "exclusive use but actually owned as part of the master entity" of the building and you should include those areas as well.

If you didnt follow the whole thread which appears obvious or chose not to, and want to jump in the middle and cherry pick 1 issue to comment on, thats on you. The only people that use the term "woke" are the ones that find themselves caught without a valid explanation when caught out so they deflect as your trying to do. I belong to the group that posts replies to commentary on an open forum. If posting accurate info in replies to comments upsets you perhaps an open forum isn't for you
