  1. WTF sent to court and to immigration to revoke his visa... This stuff would normally be settled within the police station where both the car owner and the police get something, now every small incident there is automatically mean your visa is done for + blacklisted? .... We're talking a 10-20K baht issue, I mean this stuff happens daily in Pattaya or Phuket + worse lol X 20-30 times? I never make issues with Thais in over a decade, but there is plenty of times where Thais have tried to trigger me, specially in traffic, where I would verbally or with hand signs make clear that they can go FK themselves, if nearly having killed me with their cars. But now in Phuket, that could even be your end, if they video tape only part of it. And we all know how much Thais love to have or gain power, so if this trend continues, you can bet your ass on it, they will abuse this.
  2. Of course that doesn't work, this guy JVS his brains are not working for sure to even suggest stronger punishment, the punishments are the entire reason that prisons here are over crowded and you can Thaksin for that as well, aside from having murdered dozens if not hundreds. They just changed that.
  3. What is the point of this entire topic, they just changed the law for this entire reason: a user can now have up to 5 pills, that solves the crisis in terms of needing too much dodgy dealers on the streets, having too many users jailed etc etc. In terms of the production and distribution of the drugs, that will never end, together with the ports in Vietnam and heroin, that market will continue forever. To reduce the use of the drugs within Thailand itself? Only better economy will fix that, aside from legalizing all drugs as much as possible, to make it so cheap dealers are not interested. Main reason for people to start using yaba a lot is 95% of the time economical origins. They should make beer cheaper, like in Vietnam. The move of having more weed in the country is a good start too. Better to have a million rasta heads than yaba swallowing knife carriers.
  4. Yeah that would be a problem with my girlfriend, she screams as if she is being murdered if my son prank scares her, or if she sees a spider etc etc etc.
  5. This is Thailand, we say we don't like corruption but we do if we can pocket money. Aside from that, we do not really have or use brains too. That's why.
  6. Just think about this carefully once, they can't even organize and manage something simple as this, in 2024, after decades of tourism and money inflows....
  7. Good luck with that NATO, and the world, it seems our foreign prime minister will be the new chief of NATO soon, and he sucks trust me (Netherlands). He is the perfect guy to help with the start of a WW3 too.
  8. With other words, your first sentence is BS already. Obviously the answer is YES, if you want to stay at a legitimate place, anywhere In Thailand.
  9. An airbnb is illegal in the first place if you book there for less than a month, let alone that they do TM30 reports for you. Is very unusual, most even have self check-in. Aside from that Airbnb already verified your ID, I have TM30 access myself, they don't need your copy, they can ask for it regardless. Just your first name, last name, passport number, gender and birthdate is enough to make a TM30 report. Also there is plenty of apps where you can scan your ID or Passport, while putting watermarks on it with a date and purpose, to avoid future abuse. If you travelled or lived here quite a while already, and have handed your passport various times, it's too late to worry, it will be on the dark web already.
  10. ''They did more than last year'' = Checking 0.001% locations instead of 0.0001%
  11. I always struggle with cashflow, there is not enough to do endless business. Hard to struggle here otherwise, even with 15K salaries one can have a nice phone, room, motorbike and good food + few beers / fun as a local. Those who struggle seem to lose it always on the same thing: a girl and too many drinks.
  12. I've came across those prices before for people who already overstayed, but then they simply backdate it to a yearly extension, to solve the issue. It's actually the common price to get yearly done in the first place there. But yeah for 20K that person is likely confused and it means you can pay that without issues + 1 year blacklist lol.
  13. Let me guess, they timed the news with a little bit rain coming, if the air then clears up exactly around the real songkran days, they will claim success from their own actions.
  14. Because the fine will just end up in their pockets and they fix it up in the computer. In the south many things are still easier like it used to be anywhere, if you know the right person and time. But 20K actually sounds too cheap, should be more in the direction of like 40-70K if combining it with changing it to a yearly extension.
  15. To add to my previous post, similar to the false belief many people have with taking supplement vitamines, they are nowhere close as effective or good as the real deal is derived from eating / drinking foods itself that contain it. Those sports drinks are garbage, you would be way better off eating some watermelon. In history they used false advertising a long time by telling everyone to drink those sports drink to avoid dehydration etc, which turns out to be nonsense too, I mean for actual sporting people etc. That is how it became populair. This is why many vegans get issues over time too, as the supplements they take are nothing good long-term. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8LG0OY3Izs
  16. Lol, this is like one of the most innocent examples compared to real life daily things that happen. I would be the least worried about the comedian fiction from Bob.
  17. The irony with all these Thais being so worried about their jobs when a farang is doing it, is kind of funny, specially knowing that it is usually illegal people from Myanmar doing these jobs, as no Thai wants to do them in the first place, or does half the job if they do it. Many things do not even exist here, because the creativity lacks as it is not allowed for foreigners to do anything here themselves. Meanwhile the Thais usually stick to copying other places with the average street image being: 100 massage shops, 100 barbershops, 100 coffeeshops, 100 tattoo shops.
  18. You should have told her to wait a little bit for the photo, that you wanted to change to a songkran shirt first and do your hair, to then continue with the garden.
  19. Guess you're the one who is high with 2 others. You guys replied to a topic from 2021/2022. I'll join then: So far, solid studies suggest that these chemicals can: Control vomiting in people undergoing cancer chemotherapy. Drugs based on two lab-made forms of THC are FDA-approved for this purpose. Modestly reduce pain in people with conditions such as nerve damage, cancer, multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Reduce muscle spasms in people with multiple sclerosis. (There's less evidence it helps muscle spasms in people with spinal cord injuries). In addition, there's some evidence that medical marijuana might: Improve sleep in the short term for people with obstructive sleep apnea, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, or multiple sclerosis. Increase appetite and decrease weight loss in people with HIV and AIDS. Reduce tics in people with Tourette's syndrome. Reduce anxiety in people with social anxiety disorder. Improve symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. There's not enough evidence to say whether medical marijuana works or not for many other conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome, Parkinson's disease, and addiction to other substances. In some cases, the limited evidence available suggests it doesn't help. That's the case with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. That's also the case with glaucoma, an eye disease that can be caused by increased pressure in the eyes. Marijuana might lower the pressure briefly, but not as long as effective drugs do.
  20. Even the air is still far from clean it has been like possible to breathe normal again since last night, almost shocking how I right away feel better, less tired and energized. This is really my last year ever experiencing this stuff too, not in a rush to get out now but def before the next time.
  21. Close friend had a year, he just booked a flight back but then there was the boarding issues. He explained the issue and that this blacklist expired, shortly after he was allowed to board and got a short interview upon arrival only. No other issues.
  22. Simply drink water enough and a small bag of natural lays chip to re-add the salt levels and additionally as snacks water melon = electrolytes.
  23. So I assume Thais can also just do the similar extensions of 2 months etc after having arrived on their 30 day on arrival there? That would be great, just to try out for a few months even.
