This is called fishing for a reaction......Thailand does this all the time....They haphazardly release a possible controversial new policy.....Just to see what the reaction is.....If the reaction is bad often times its followed up with, this was all a big misunderstanding.....And the new policy is never heard from again....

I can see Thai jails full soon with all these tax advice giving farang...

All dentist speak at least OK English in Pattaya.....

Yes gift giving has been discuses endlessly here on these threads.... And the pro tax people think big brother will be watching your gift giving 24/7/365 and grill you endlessly about your gift giving intent...So be scared... And the anti tax people think gift giving is a great idea.And will just be doing it, without getting sucked into the legalize rat hole that just goes no and on. and changes by the day around this subject..

Well they do leave company owned houses in a gray area, where its not 100% legal.....So someday they could have quite the pay day taking farangs houses....

A bank becoming a tax office 100% WILL NOT WORK EVER... Do you understand? Its already failed before it started....So no one needs to do this...Not now not ever....

Ok take the USA....Has anyone EVER been required to submit their income sources to ANY bank for tax purposes? Nope Never....... Maybe because the bank is not the IRS......Its not the banks job to be the IRS... The whole concept of of a bank becoming a tax office is ridiculous and makes no sense.....And will not work...But dumb ideas like this never seem to be in short supply around here.

My Thai is very poor but from what I understand, the girl told me the eggs came from their farm....The eggs are too imperfect to come from Makro... If anyone speaks better Thai I would like to know more about the eggs there..

There are 2 egg stalls there.....I buy from the one with a nice young lady selling..... They have all sized eggs there......The eggs are not very expensive.......I have never seen duck eggs there... Give the eggs a try......You very well might like them.....If not no need to buy again....

I have tried most of the so called free range eggs in the supermarkets......I have not been that impressed with them......I now buy eggs in the Soi Bukow Tuesday Friday market...The eggs there seem to me to be the best around........I dont know if the eggs are free range or not.......But they are pretty good eggs........ I have been buying my eggs in the market for about 4-5 years now....

A scam it is 100%....

Null filings hits the nail on the head, Because ever single poster here is shooting for paying a big fat ZERO......Along with ever other farang in Thailand.......The number ZERO is the goal for all... That is for the small numbers that even bother to file... The TRD will be filling their coffers with a whole bunch of ZEROs.... One thing that absolutely that does not interest or motivate Thais....Is the number ZERO.... Hence they will give this tax no interest at all.

Well I am very happy you have had no problems...As it should be... But there have been plenty of threads here of people who had all kinds of customs problems with declared medication....

Its not up to big brother to decide why herbs, or supplements. or vitamins or medication ect.....I can use or not use.....Nope never... I will buy what ever I want.....But I dont think I would say its a medication on the package.....Thats not smart...

O please I think its pretty common knowledge the most wealthy Thais dont pay taxes....(They would never lower them self to be a tax payer) And who set a fine example for the Nation of Thailand in sticking it to the tax man.....But a Billionaire former prime minister... I think its clear only a small sub set of the middle class pay any taxes in Thailand.....And I can only imagine the creative accounting involved in the few Thais that actually pay taxes instead of just filing to get refunds...

I am not sure about this but a few people have said in some of the many many loooong tax threads that the fine for not filing taxes ( like in you had a job in Thailand ) was 2000 baht..... This makes sense because of the VAST numbers of Thais who do not file taxes (when they should) could not afford to pay more...

I have given the best advice of anybody on this thread....And I have given my advice out for 100% FREE So let me repeat... When you see the Thais start filing taxes it will be time to file... When you see the Russians and Chinese and Indians start filing taxes it will be time to file... Until then dont file .... There you go no 15 minute consultation needed..

This must be the 4th or 5th time they have tried the baht bus stops......100% failure 100% of the time........So lets do it again.....lol

Get real people........Baht Buses DO NOT hold up traffic EVER....They only stop for mere moments before moving again.....
