This application is related to alleged crimes against humanity committed against Rohingya Muslims. The ICC is an independent judicial institution established to address the most serious crimes of international concern, such as war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. It is empowered to investigate and prosecute individuals responsible for such crimes, regardless of their nationality or where they were committed. The Prosecutor's decision to seek an arrest warrant for Senior General Min Aung Hlaing is based on the presumption that he is primarily responsible for the crimes committed against the Rohingya population in Myanmar. The Prosecutor has determined that there is sufficient evidence to believe that the Senior General committed or aided in the commission of the crimes outlined in the application.

i've used it alot, very friendly an easy once i was in my thai tagged car leaving Cambodia, gate was up so drove right past immigration, gate entering Thailand was up as well didn't realize i was in Thailand till i noticed i was driving on the wrong side so went back to thai immigration an parked an started walking back to Cambodia, Officer came out an asked where i was going as I wasn't stamped out of thailand, had to explain an he smiled

Koh kong is a good choice but the roads onward in Cambodia are bad to Sihanoukville (great new express way to Phnom Pehn ) and than kampot/Kep all borders in Cambodia are ok except at times Poi Pet, ( busy and lots of scams being run) been thru all of them coming from Thailand over the years

suggest you mention ur nationality and ur wife's staying long term is not easy ( not so bad for kids as no overstay) u'll get 2 visa exempt entries with no problem , ( 180 days) , the 3rd one.......very iffy without staying out for a few months As you know, cambodia is easier but......

If his passport is expired he is on overstay Did my US passport renewal last Dec , Its all done online an not difficult to do ( unlike the UK one) took 41 days from the day i sent it in, till i got it back if it has been submitted there is a link to check status https://passportstatus.state.gov/ I have seen agents advertising to arrange the passport for around 20,000 baht a total waste of money in my eyes once he gets new one back, buy a ticket out of thailand, pay the overstay and return on a visa exempt and start the non o over.
