Of course not. Those rules only apply to foreigners or Thais without connections or money.

Due to the exponential number of idiotic and dangerous male drivers I have encountered, I tend not to allow Thai men to drive me anywhere. I even use a woman driver taxi service to the airport and around Thailand if necessary. Unfortunately, if I use Bolt or Grab locally, and for short trips, it cannot always be avoided. The last Bolt I got in Pattaya was a Thai man with a beat-up old Toyota from the 90's who appeared to be high on drugs and kept talking to himself.

The mental defectives are the ones that let them in and continue to do so.

The people running the country worship money, and desire power and wealth over and above all else. Many ordinary people in Thailand are no different. Same as the left-wing loonies running the UK are reflective of a large part of the population there.

Thais rarely take responsibility for their actions.

Two tier policing of indigenous natives and minorities, as demonstrated and now admitted by former Police chiefs. Labour MPs being arrested for threatening to cut the throats of protestors they disagree with. Anti-Semitism out of control. Rape, knife crime and other crime out of control in minority communities. Minority gangs roaming the streets armed with machetes, swords and knives unable to be dealt with by the Police. Arresting people for comments they don't like on social media. Threatening to ban social media platforms because they have lost control of the narrative. Plans to criminalise 'Islamophobia' if anyone criticises the Third-World cult and calls it what it really is. Welcome to Great Britain 2024.

Most knife attackers are black and most victims are black. They are targetting the correct demographic.
