Those are endemic cases that are already managed with most under care and which are responding to treatment. The concern is that the foreign strains are mutating and if left untreated will present antibiotic resitance that is umanageable. Untreated infectuious disease does not remain contained. We see that with measles now. We saw it with MPox, Covid and Ebola.
