IMO I would expect you to get refused entry as your biometrics are unique to you and not to your passport, as is the ban. If you try you do run a slight (probably very slight) chance of additional time for attempting to enter the country while banned.

Could be wrong but it looks like a poisonous variety to me. Would always send for help, from a neighbor, who knows which are poisonous and which not, and let him deal with it.

Not very good at geography are we. UK detectives (London) which is in England, Scotland Yard is the name of the HQ of London police, English police and Scottish police are like the forces in your own Countries States - separate.

Let him in long enough to pay the fines, be put on the blacklist and then send him home -
As many have said this is not a new law but an amendment to an existing clarification of a section of the law, whereby 1 year old income was classed as "savings" and not income thereby not being taxed on arrival. This is aimed more at wealthy Thai's that live in Thailand and bring large untaxed sums into Thailand under the old "savings" clarification. IMHO unlike others I believe we were not the original "benefactors" of this change but are collateral effects, that could provide a sum of money to the Thai Government. Having been required to submit tax returns in the past, I didn't find it too difficult, and as the system is based on "honest" provision of income, exclusions and deductible values, there was no investigation into the data provided, so was not too onerous. The proof of income was not provided by the employer but by me writing a letter saying I received "X",, the data on the form was input into the computer and out came a printed receipt, which in my case (all 3 times) was ZERO to pay, time spent in the RD office was about 20 minutes each occasion. The difficulties would occur if they decided to audit you in the future. Being a UK citizen the mismatch in Tax Years would be a potential problem, (Thai being 1 Jan to 1 Dec and UK being 6 Apr to 5 Apr), which means that no UK tax data could be used in said audit.

Moving homes and notifying immigration

correct you risk a fine if you don't, and you will probably get no help from Immigration (e.g. Cert of Res, etc.) until you do -
Not another Wise question

Problem no 1, Wise do not have a SWIFT code for the Thai bank to use for the transfer. Problem no 2, have you considered the effects of the exchange rates the Thai bank uses. So long as there is money in the account Wise will just keep sending monthly until somebody notifies them of your demise, then the account will be frozen until the Courts decide who gets what. Not sure if a ruling in a Thai court will stand up in your home country. -
Yes, you can work while on a "marriage visa/extension", provided the job is not on the protected list, you don't need to have a "work/volunteer visa", you do however require a work permit to be legal. Working while on a "retirement" visa is strictly a no-no. Working under the radar as I've said before is not a good idea in the current climate.

I have 3 SCB accounts linked in my SCB app, the original account (I have had for years) was used to load the app. When I opened the other 2 accounts SCB staff added them to the app. Bangkok Bank, have informed my that I cannot have 2 accounts in their app as foreigners can only have 1 account, despite many others being able to have multiple accounts, including 1 friend who uses the same branch as me.

Get your wife to start a Company that employs you, but how you get round the other work permit regs like employee ratio, company financial records, etc., god knows because I don't I was always working for a school or an agent. In the current climate it's not worth trying to stay below the radar, as you'll probably be snitched on.

Teen killed by speeding BMW in Phuket hit-and-run tragedy

Why would you need tail lights they don't help you see where you are going, and you know where you have come from, also lights cost money to maintain, better to spend it on YaBa or similar. One of our local bike "idiots" has converted his lights to show red at the front and blue at the rear. -

My village is next to an intersection between 2 major highways, with another village about 1 km away across one highway, here we can see 10/11 year olds driving motorbikes between the villages (Junior school is in 1 village and Lower High school in the other) sometimes with younger siblings on the bikes too. -
Even now my account awards the gigantic sum of 0.0000% per year interest, I can't change to a different account as I have no UK address, and I cannot find an bank that will allow me to open one without a UK address, or a massive initial deposit like 35,000 GBP with a balance maintenance of no less than 35,000 GBP
