Not hard to legally obtain a work permit, Its all about how the person's work position is named. For instance, A foreigner might not be allowed a work permit as a "Bar Manager" but can obtain one for Customer (foreign tourist) Liason Manager position..........prolly best not to get seen serving drinks or writing chits though !!

I too suffered similar sleep issues. Doc now has me on low dose Xanax, that's me lights out for 8 hours !!

I had high blood pressure/hyper tension (160/100 was normal), was taking meds but they did not do anything significant. Lost 50% of my body weight last year (124kg down to 63kg) however 2 months in bed Iam now back to 80kg. Spent 10 weeks in hospital this year....which forced me to give up the ciggies and beer. I know take zero meds and I average 130/80 now. Weight loss and ditching the vices sorted me !! -

I use line, teams and facebook to chat with family, friends and work collegues when Iam in front of my PC or laptop. I have no need to be "connected" 24/7 hence phone is for phone calls..... some days they phone even stays in the drawer turned off !! -
