  1. But still you continue to post it.
  2. Regardless of whether the owner was there, was the bull creating a danger on the roadway?
  3. Yes, maybe the pickup driver has grounds for a claim against the bull's owner.
  4. No, it was a bull, not a "prized stud" and it wasn't worth "hundreds of thousands". It's also unlikely that any claim for lost breeding income would be successful without specific proof of existing income.
  5. you somehow mange to make even useful information sound dull and pedantic Just your inconsequential opinion that means nothing.
  6. An aggressive traffic law enforcement would incur funds for a more adequately-financed police force. And increased well behaved drivers. Imagine what a difference it would be if there were speed traps, cops citing people for sloping in other lanes, failing to use turn signals, jumping traffic signals, tailgating and a zero tolerance traffic enforcement with high cost penalties and vehicle impoundment opposed to a measly 500-1000฿ fine…stupid drivers and drunks population on the roads would decrease and lives would be saved. I agree but if the local police aren't provided with the budget and equipment needed (and that has to come first) it will never happen.
  7. I have. There is chicken breast. On top of the breast meat, there is the skin. So not "just chicken skin", then?!
  8. Just "chicken skin"? That's just nonsense. I doubt that you've ever found chicken skin in a prepared chicken product in 7-Eleven.
  9. "...ultra-processed food, full of chemicals and preservatives..." and the beer isn't?!
  10. US spulings ownlee? "Loose" is not a US spelling of "Lose", nor vice versa, they're two completely different words with entirely different meanings.
  11. WTF? Try murder for starters. WTF? Try understanding what murder is for starters.
  12. Just as they do in your country, I suppose? Or, if they don't yet (they don't), are you in favour of introducing the death penalty to drivers for the same offences there, also?
  13. Oh ....I get it, stop nobody, that'll solve the issue? Start stopping people, handing out huge fines, and/or tow dangerous drivers away. Eventually, the idiots will learn, one way or the other. bkk6060 did not suggest that. The government needs to provide adequate budget and equipment for the RTP officers to be able to patrol the roads and actually do what you demand, and what most people also, probably, want.
  14. No Britons (Russians nor Chinese) were involved in this accident.
  15. Why the unjustified, uninformed Thai-bash? Why would you not wager that his foreign genetics were to blame?
  16. What? What have those two "statistics" got to do with each other - or this thread? The likelihood of being killed in a car accident in the US is statistically ("50%") greater than what?
  17. Nonsense. When the (expressway?) traffic is so heavy that using that lane is deemed a necessity by the police, by definition, traffic cannot "speed down the emergency lane".
  18. "...a direct result of having no police force..." A direct result of having no adequately-financed police force.
  19. He's half Thai, so not a Falang. He wasn't a rider, either, as scubascuba3 seemed to think, he was one of those in a car!
  20. I don't know, maybe active enforcement, that way we don't see illegal stop-sign/redlight runners happening every few minutes. The charging of the rider in the OP-reported incident by was active law enforcement. He was charged while thousands of road users who did not commit that offence were, obviously, not charged.
  21. Nighttime communal cell accommodation is cleaned to that standard every morning by nominated occupants of those cells for inspection prior to being let out for the day after roll call in Klong Prem, and probably most other prisons.
  22. Only after it's too late, and someone is hurt, killed, or maimed. What other way can the law be enforced? Until there is an offence there can be no enforcement of that law unless the police have crystal balls and can see future events happening.
  23. Took down a sign post. "The impact caused the cyclist to be thrown into a signpost... Authorities also reported ... a streetlight pole that was knocked down during the incident".
