Can you prove that you're right? What if the notice has been removed...it has been proven that no other country has had any interest in detaining him for a traffic offence, albeit a serious one. The Thai government has no obligation to prove your unsubstantiated claim to be wrong. The majority of the notices and the workings of Interpol are not for public consumption.
