I wouldnt live next to "affordable" housing if you paid me..........its council houses disguised under a trendy name, theyll end up being dumps and demolished in 30 years, rinse and repeat, thats whats been done since the 50's council house by me built in the 70's demolished as slums even though well built. Dont see any privately owned houses demolished in such a short time frame.Its money down the drain, if they dont own it and get cheap rent they couldnt care less about it. Many UK dealers are pre registering ev cars as they are obliged to sell a set amount ( large fines) and arent meeting the targets, they are dumped on the second hand market, you can search many with just 100 miles or much less on, thus "sales" arent real sales, electricity in China is also very cheap as with many Nordic countries and Iceland its almost half of the UK price . But what you omit is it only has a population of 5 million which is tiny and its electric production due to its geo location and abundant water is hdyro electric 95% which is very cheap to produce "if" you have the water to do it. you might want to look for anyone who will do IV sedation , go to dentist , fall asleep, wake up few hours later all done, lovely stuff, only found one place in Thailand that will do it and that's in BKK and they use the teacher from the local hospital anesthesiology dept to administer it. Had 2 implants done May 27th 2011 (in the UK)just checked the email from my UK dentist. No problems with either. Density of bone decides what type of implant is used, some people have bone like oak others like styrofoam, my dentist said mine was like styrofoam when he did it. I would NOT opt for a "done in a day" type procedure, mine took about 6-8 months whilst they waited for the bone to grow around the implant before final fitting of crown.
