Bought a Demon for the Mrs years ago. Anything chrome rusts fast. Most of the bolts rusted much faster than on my Honda Click bought on the same day. The decals faded fast. Apart from that not, much more to say.

The business 'Owner Said What ? ' ... I'm boycotting them ????
Woof999 replied to KhunLA's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
If I avoided products simply because their business leadership had a different outlook than my own then I wouldn't be able to buy much. If I can comprehend that someone has used enough logic to hold a view that is different than mine then all is good. If someone denied the holocaust or said something along the lines of all homosexuals should be shot then it would be a different matter. Musk seems to be on a different planet (almost literally) than I first thought, but I'd still have no issues buying one of his products. -
Famous English Singer Sam Smith visits Samui Island
Woof999 replied to webfact's topic in Koh Samui News
Lived in Thailand 8 years. 20 years coming to Asia. The singers you quote are almost unheard of outside of Thailand. Sam Smith has a following way outside the UK. Ed Sheeran worldwide including being well known in Thailand. He has performed sell out concerts in Bangkok and will be again in 2023 I believe. If your personal sphere of knowledge on performers is limited to a 1000 mile radius from where you live and your idea of fame is limited to only those in a similar area then you might think that your girlfriends' aunties' next door neighbour who sings at the local Thai bar is more famous than Sam or Ed. Nothing wrong with that, but the context in this thread is on a much wider scale. -
Personally I'd go with your current assumptions (10, 16 and 40 amp breakers). I like 10A on the light circuits because it makes it even more obvious that those are lighting circuits.

Working online in Thailand
Woof999 replied to jingjingna's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
...and get as many non-UK clients as you can. You wont need to pay any UK tax for monies not coming from the UK. Otherwise you need to pay UK tax at the difference between what you would have paid in the UK minus what you pay in Thailand (which would likely be nothing), in which case you'd be liable to pay the full UK tax amount for all UK customers. -
As others have said, that video if horrific to watch even with the blurring. The pickup driver should be behind bars for a very long time. There is pretty much zero excuse for that pickup to be travelling at that speed. I hope his conscious is scarred for the rest of his miserable life regardless of what excuses he comes up with. RIP poor young lady and all the best to the other in hospital. A truly tragic thing to happen to anyone, let alone at that young age.

Not all baked beans are actually baked. There can be quite the difference.

Famous English Singer Sam Smith visits Samui Island
Woof999 replied to webfact's topic in Koh Samui News
Sam Smith is hugely well known in the UK and around Europe and has been for almost a decade. I'm Not The Only One being one of his first and well known songs. For those saying that they don't know him so he can't be famous... well, fair play, but he's not far from Ed Sheeran level in terms on fame. If you don't know him either, probably best keep it to yourself. -

I do hope the police have thanked the gelato shop for its intervention. -
Reliable Taxi Service Don Meuang – Jomtien/Pattaya?
Woof999 replied to henrik2000's topic in Pattaya
I've used the same lady taxi for about 5 years. Don Mueang I think is 1600 but I usually give around 1800. She has a Toyota Innova which is plenty spacious and can carry loads of luggage. Very safe, if a little on the slow side for my liking (100kph on the motorway). PM me for info if you need it. -
A bit of lippy and a nice frock and he'll never be hacked again.

18-Wheeler Fatally Crushes 20-Year-Old Motorist in Chonburi

If you're driving normally you can always brake. Might not be enough to stop the accident though. -

Isn't that Doha News doxxing Musk's location? Surely he should ban them. -

A bike bike and a scooter are, for me, as different as a plane or a train in terms of transport. They don't serve the same function but can both get you from A to B. So, for a scooter, automatic every day of the week. For a big bike, clutch and gears of course. Only had 1 big bike here and sold it after a couple of years because I was hardly using it.

I'm struggling to understand why you think this is a left vs right thing. How the hell does anyone wanting or not wanting to see this kind of data make them Dem, GOP, black, white, old, young or anything else? -
Possibly the most notorious terrorism event in US history was 911. A wall would have made no difference. Wiki - if you have a better source then cite it quotes: "In 2018, most idelogically motivated murders in the United States of Americ were linked to right-wing extremism". "As of 2020, right-wing extremist terrorism accounted for the majority of the terrorist attacks and plots in the US..." How does your wall stop this? Your biggest issues lie within.

ps. that might involve you building it yourself, which isn't anywhere near as difficult as you might imagine, but I'd be surprised if they didn't offer that as a service if you asked nicely.

invadeit.co.th online. Used them for close to 8 years and they are the best (I've found).
