Even when UPS crushes and destroys a shipment....then there is no way to make a claim, in most cases. They just DELAY, DENY, and DEFEND. Also, just trying to contact UPS via email is very difficult. Do NOT use UPS if you can possibly avoid it. When UPS crushes and destroys a shipment...then...there is very little recourse for the shipper, YOU, to be reimbursed. This is a very BLACK company.... Please believe me.
