  1. i demand action! we need more of these giant air purifying machines! problem solved! next!
  2. flying back after a visit to singapore, the air pollution over bangkok is quite scary, i'm beginning to think i'll spend less time here.
  3. i think you mean bald; being bald, overweight, preferably tattooed are pattaya entry requirements
  4. i've only flown thai once, that was because it was a flight share with the airline i booked with. the flight was notable for the fact the seats didn't recline - i've never experienced that on any other airline, and there was an announcement at the beginning of the flight requesting passengers not to lie down on the floor. bizarre. that said, finair and klm were worse.
  5. what a ridiculous thing to say. so, you're implying that if such a scheme was introduced in your, or any other non-thai, country, the recipients would spend the money wisely because they are not thai? in fact, some thais would spend the money wisely, and some would not, as would happen in any country.
  6. er, not brave. there are brave people in the world, individuals taking life threatening risks for 'likes' on social media are not brave.
  7. a young relative claimed to be possessed by Orathai’s spirit, insisting her body be searched for in a pond near where her motorcycle was abandoned. The Hook 31 Rescue Team searched but found no evidence of Orathai. surely they have better things to do.
  8. that's why i give them a fake number unless i actually want to hear from them, no one ever checks.
  9. i don't drink, don't want or need prostitutes, however, went to one of these places with a mate that hangs out there, looked to me like it was all about ego, low self esteem, look at me... really quite sad and pathetic, then there's this degrading thing they do with throwing table tennis balls around getting the girls to chase after them. it's a free world, and everyone to their own, but it really didn't do anything for me.
  10. and vice versa, fat guys generally have less women interested in them, and so it would follow they'd be grateful for what they can get
  11. frankly, all that pales into insignificance compared to the hot headed, feeling slighted, americans who resort to resolving petty squabbles, or feelings of being a bit annoyed by shooting and killing each other, or complete strangers... insanity.
  12. i'm not a teacher, but surely if you're not qualified and experienced you have no place being in a classroom. would you go to an unqualified doctor? dentist? pay for legal advice from an unqualified lawyer? etc... i would be extremely unhappy, to put it mildly, if my children were being taught by some random bloke who rocked up at a school and was given responsibility for educating and safeguarding my children
  13. how many answers will it take to make you sure?
  14. people getting annoyed and overreacting with a gun, it's getting more and more like the usa
  15. A bit like the forms needed to re-new your passport or get a UK Visa for your partner. found that very easy, maybe you're not as well educated as you think?! seriously though, i find the gov.uk site pretty straight forward and easy to use; passport, driving license, tax rebate, NHS, applying for various payments for my mum, never had any problems
  16. the most common one is when someone comes into a 7/11 for cigarettes, bizarrely they seem to think because they only want cigarettes they can jump to the front of the queue. and whats with this QR payment system, it's using technology to make a transaction slower, it seems a mad system.
  17. the link to the full story doesn't work. what are the economic benefits of this proposal? simply cutting and pasting a halfarsed article without a live link is a waste of time.
  18. with a gun magazine in her left hand, displaying gunshot wounds around her left ear. did the lazy 'journalist' not then ask the obvious question, where is the gun?
  19. It seems that this forum has many members who's intellectually challenged or even, who are intellectually challenged.
  20. Handcuffed Thai car thief escapes walks out of police station in Chiang Rai
  21. problem solving is easy here, closing gas stations at 6pm and banning fried banana sellers at traffic lights solved the bangkok traffic congestion problem. next!
  22. not true at all, there are several very good vinyl shops in bangkok, many interesting and relevant lps from the 60s, 70s and 80s, you'd be surprised. especially new wave and punk.
  23. this should be a good news story surely?! we can all feel human for a few days.
  24. is he this good? time will tell.
