If the government’s economic stimulus measures can draw a million foreign experts and those of high economic potential to the country in five years, economic benefit of 1 trillion baht will be created, with 800 billion baht from domestic spending and 270 billion baht from tax revenue collection. The funds result from personal income tax collection, value-added tax (VAT) and investment tax. the government certainly enjoys coming up with sums to support their over optimistic financial forecasts

from a thai perspective the hoops are not ridiculous but necesssary, it's clear they are, as many other coutries did and do, protecting their health service. the governmrnt knows the health service would be incapable of dealing with a large number of covid patients as there have been in other countries. people can go on holiday, it's not for me but many of my friend's and their families have recently been on holiday, just not to thailand thailand needs to sort out their vaccination programme, simple as that. they could also invest in improving health care but i doubt that's a priority...

not correct, it's not binary. vaccines prevent diseases that can be dangerous, or even deadly. Vaccines greatly reduce the risk of infection by working with the body’s natural defenses to safely develop immunity to disease. this website explains how vaccines work and will assist your understanding; https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/conversations/understanding-vacc-work.html -

being no expert iv'e owned many brands, never had a problem with any of them, the only problems i've ever had are when microsoft wants to repalace the OS, never again. in my experience you get what you pay for, important things seems to be the processor - speed, and storage - small storage can soon get bunged up with software/apps/updates, and if you want to save photos/videos you'll need space - i like to have them on had as well as on the cloud.
