    Badenoch's attempts to take bites out of/score points against Starmer are already starting to wear thin. She would do much better to stick substantial matters of State and try to be more Statesperson like, than student politician who is out of their depth and sniping for the sake of it.

    True, but a single ticket in the national lottery has a 1 in 13 million chance of winning.......slightly better that 62 billion. The difference of course is you still have your pound with the premium bonds......but inflation soon whittles away its purchasing power.

    Premium Bonds have to be the worst possible investment on the face of the Earth. Premium Bonds: Each £1 bond has odds of 1 in 62 billion of winning the £1 million jackpot per monthly draw. NS&I, the issuer, allocates two £1 million prizes monthly, but the probability of a single bond winning is extremely small

    Wow......wife is 26 years younger than me.....and she's still better looking than 99% of the girls we see in BKK soi 4/7/8/11. I am getting on a bit, but she bought the house, land and farm that we live in/on.......am I still going to get chucked out I wonder?

    555.....I meant where the husband was brave enough to tell the wife what to do....555 I did have a bar and a shop in Pattaya years ago....but kept well out of it. The wife is currently building a 'restaurant' and bar where we are now living......and I still keep well out of it. Thais are rarely wrong and Thai wives are never wrong.

    Fair point. I met up with a very attractive girl, a shift supervisor at Seagate Hard Drives in BKK. Dated a few times and then.......same old scenario developed as you might expect with a bar girl. Same thing happened with a girl who had a good job working in accounts at Central World.....

    Interesting that all this hullabaloo is taking place just as she tries to push through an amnesty bill that.....by pure coincidence ......will allow Yingluck to return to Thailand.

    We were the only guests in a 50 bedroom 5 star resort., Mu Si.....swimming pool, but no restaurant or bar, but the staff would order in for us.........linen/bedding once every three days......30,000 baht a month. Then towards the end of covid we stayed at the BKK JW Marriot soi 2....executive lounge for a month.....free food and drink.....1600 baht/day.

    Lockdown and zero travel was a magical time here....loved every minute of it.
