I don't eat breakfast, and never really have, and first meal is ~1200 hr, or just before. Last very lite snack, bowl of corn flakes & blueberries @ 2000 hrs, and sleep usually after midnight. Plenty of energy, maintain the weight that I prefer with no effort at all. Eat what ever healthy, whole foods, and some not so healthy food at times, between 1200-2000 hrs. Drink black coffee when I wake, 0600-0800 hrs, and never have hunger cravings. Eat when I'm hungry. Calorie intake at a guess is Fats 50% Protein 25% Carbs 25%, try limit sugar & starches as much as possible. Less sugar intake will avoid the spikes and following crash, spurring the hunger cravings for more sugar. Last night's BP, at rest ... Oxygen level usually above 95 (now) ... My cholesterol is probably considered high by most, but my HDL / Trig ratio is perfect 1:1 (68/69), and Glucose is in the healthy range. Eating healthy is very easy, and most know how. Doing so is the challenge. At our (most) age, a bit less activity, so need to pay attention to what's going in. If not a home cook, you really need to read those labels, and understand them. G-translate is very helpful, and ingredients shouldn't be represented by a list of numbers. They aren't food.

Our home ACs have built in air purifiers. We also bought 'Heavy Duty Inverter ACs', knowing we abuse them. Running one almost 24/7, and the other about 10 hrs a day. They do an excellent job keeping the AQI & PM2.5 levels in healthy range. Along with the Xiaomi AP AQI <10 PM2.5 <5 Yes, newer EVs have air purifiers in them, and ours, 2022 MG ZS, works very good, as tested. You can replace it yourself, to avoid service charge for doing at dealer. we bought filter online, and swap out the original after service. Strangely, we swapped out, and put in the 'clean' original, but they changed it at 40k, because maintenance schedule recommends changing it. WTF Apparently they didn't care that it was clean. Pissed me off when the wife told me. If I was there, that wouldn't have happened. It won't happen at 80k kms service.

Eat when I'm hungry, usually before noon, 4-5 pm, 8 pm. Snack in between if wanting. Just don't eat after 8 pm, till that noon ish meal, which is fat & protein. Followed by a walk. Disagree ... it's quite rude not to leave a tip, unless crap service, which is usually very rare, or, used to be. Standard is 15%, if a CC at least 10%. Unless service was a bit lacking, I usually tipped 20%. Worked a couple jobs where tipping was a good part of one's salary, so 15% or more is definitely appreciated.

Same with R/G peppers, unless minis are an in thing Root veggies, potato, onion, carrots are a big fail, though cheap at the market. Spinach & winter melon grow wild, and the latter, melons are huge, and half go back to the compost, as simply can't eat that much. Kind of boring anyway. She can't grow enough mulberries. Think she's addicted, and fights with the critter to get to them first, as outside the green house, since growing too large.
