@KC1980 besides interest, do consider time of year for those interests. Beach (play in surf) holiday, forget rainy season (May-Oct), rough & deadly, red flags out almost daily. Beaches ... Andaman considerably and consistently better than Gulf. Mountain vistas, forget high season, as coincides with smog season ... go figure. (Nov-June, this year 2022/23) So anywhere above Hua Hin, and you may encounter AQI #s 100-200, and lucky if you see the first ridge, let alone the 3 behind it. I'm a big fan of traveling during off season, mid May to Nov. I won't swim in the surf anyway, as simply too polluted. We don't do outer islands, a better bet if swimming in the surf, unless overly developed. The infrastructure (sewer) can't handle the locals, add a few million tourist ... and just like the Nemo movie, and all drains lead to the sea. In TH, via the khlongs. Sat photos verify that, and fecal counts can be high. Aside from a few negative, TH is great holiday destinations for R&R and knocking around. And I was in RE, had a RE License (still do, though inactive) and was a slum (economically depressed area) lord for 25 ish yrs. My total tax on 1 house went up from $78 to $3800+ in less than 20 yrs, though value did quadruple. Past 20 yrs, same neighborhood has only doubled in price. So please educate me on RE. @steph83 Was the Omeprazole prescribed by a doc, or self medicating ? If you tried all that's been suggested, especially diet & sleeping habit/position. Probiotics might help, especially if you are prone to taking anti bacterials. If can't seem to solve it, within a month of experimenting, strongly suggest an endoscopy, to see what the problem is, if physical/medical. After experimenting, or NOW. Could be nothing medical, something simple, easy fix, hiatal hernia for instance, or something serious that needs your attention. Are you a stressed out person ?

Don't grind it up so fine that you need a screen. Save your fine/shake for the water bong. Go ol' school, tin foil & needle. Simple solutions for simple problems.
