  1. Yep ... same as most car companies. shh ... never let facts get in the way of their spins.
  2. Better include a lot more cars other than just MGs, as many have Chinese parts in them. Along with most products sold worldwide today.
  3. If something to hide, then most companies here are hiding something. As it seems to be common place here, especially if asking in English, as suggested. @up2you2 Go to Gmap, and get the ph # of local dealer, and ring them up... or just pop in.
  4. Up from ฿90 ... as I sampled, I think about a year ago.
  5. Makes the BK Whopper (Aussie beef) a bargain @ ฿169 now, abet, no ambiance ???? Our local ma/pa shop puts out an excellent Wagyu burger at ฿159, and they even have AC. 300% sounds about right for food, 100% for beverages, IF having AC. Rent/mortgage have to be a killer here. Food is a tough business to crack.
  6. That would add a bit to the price of our burgers at the house. ฿25 per bun vs the ฿50 worth of beef (1000gr @ ฿300 ÷ 166gr = 6 burgers) ???? That's a hell of a mark up at a restaurant that charges ฿300 range for burgers, costing about ฿100 to make, actually ingredients. Let us know how they taste ????
  7. Are you going to identify as a trans-woman ... ???? I just noticed, AN is not rainbow friendly, as only male & female (& not sure/secret) choices for gender ... shameful ... ????
  8. It's worldwide, and TH is low on the murder per capita scale w/2.6 per 100k. Much better than #1 @ 49.3 per 100k Safer to live here than the Americas or Europe ???? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_intentional_homicide_rate
  9. Yep ... we're still going to hit 20k kms this year of owning, and we probably put on more, locally, since I don't have to pay to drive it. We go to restaurants within 1 hour or so of the house, that we wouldn't go to in an ICEV, as the petrol would cost more than the meal. Only because it's an EV, we racked up the kms beyond locally. One of the reasons we live here, as everything needed is within 3-5 kms of the house. Prior to here, always lived 15kms away from 'daily' shopping. Just now started doing O&As, June & July, as doing finishing touches to the house build, previous 7 months of owning.
  10. I hope she doesn't become pregnant ... ????
  11. They have 2 ships, and they only hold 5 cars ????
  12. Posted elsewhere, but his is Makro today ... ... shortage ?
  13. In the car, as long scooter rides are days past with me also. Good for about an hour on the scooter now, vs 6 hr rides back in the mother land. Don't think a cruiser scooter would help, as my back is shot for sitting that long on a scooter. 3ish hrs in a car, and I'm ready to a stretch the legs & munch break.
  14. Get about 320kms on highway at speed, 80-110kph, and 360kms around town, locally, speeds <60-60-90kph. Usable battery 46.3kWh. Exceeding consistently the WLTP rating of 320kms range, at their test speed of 47kph, under perfect conditions and probably not using the AC, which is never off when we're in it.
  15. Yummy ... a Andes Creme De Menthe Thin Mints fan also ... ????
  16. NO ... just the ฿35k+ that I got from not needing to buy petrol since owning for less than 9 months.
  17. I have a list of 30 also ... ... adults only
  18. By visiting, all one does is perpetuate the market (abuse) of breeding them for the tourist industry. Please reconsider ... ????
  19. 30k, so 2nd. Think I'd stick Honda, Yamaha, as most popular, so should be plenty to chose from, along with no issue with parts & repair, if needed. Looking on FB Marketplace, and 30k doesn't get much, unless older. Not sure you want to go far on smaller bike. older
  20. Better shopping skills get you a better price. Been told 7k to 25k. UP2U which policy you take. Or, no policy at all. Nobody has hit my cars in over 20+ yrs. Not once. Yes, agree, any high price is nothing but a scam. The EV is made so much better, simply to protect the battery bank, and will survive a much harder hit than comparable ICEV .... IMHO
  21. You'd be surprised how much the panels produce when overcast, or even during a lite rain. Also, no sun, not that hot, so ACs not running as much.
  22. I was referring to emulsifier (Distilled monoglycerides), having a short, 1 yr, shelf live. Use so little, I'd have a hard time using it all up. We freeze bread & rolls a lot, as fresh homemade, no preservatives won't last long. Usually a loaf is gone in a day or so, but sometimes not so fast. Depends on mood. Freeze flat bread mostly, as make too much at once. Use instead of tortillas, as not a really a fan of.
  23. Nah, more control with skillet. Reverse sear or sous vid, if patient, but results are about the same. I've done all 3. Reverse sear, when patient (rare), skillet are 1st & 2nd choice. Don't Sous Vid anymore, no real benefit, and takes too long.
