  1. There are a lot of alcoholics in Pattaya. Also, sex addicts and people who spend uncontrollably. Self-control and health is not high on the list of priorities. It can look and feel weird if you used to being in a normal city where people are working and raising families.
  2. People are always coming and going, like bouncing balls, in and out, when they are here they keep cumming, and dying, then someone returns in their place. I wish their balls would stop bouncing…but they never do. ????????‍♂️
  3. Many of the guys that show up solo want to utilize the services of prostitutes.
  4. Mirrors are too sophisticated and risky, usually. It’s mini cams in smoke detectors in the bedroom, or in vents. I think Airbnb’s are the highest risk these days. Reason is, because there’s nobody around but the owner. Setup is non risk and when you leave that’s it, door is locked. At a hotel there are other employees there watching, so it’s far riskier in terms of raising suspicion. There’s also no way of knowing who you are filming, it could be a politician, a cop, or a German. You have pervs who perv on it, then post it online when they are through with it for residual income, so it’s a paying hobby basically. If you’re staying in Airbnb’s in a place like Pattaya you got to check it. That’s high risk. What you do is turn off the lights and get it as dark as possible, turn on your phone flashlight and sweep the area looking for reflections in vents or anything else. If there’s a cam there you should see a tiny reflection there like a firefly.
  5. What dating profile did you copy that from?
  6. It’s rare to get an expert in sales. Your better off researching it on your own, rather then getting incorrect info.
  7. Who cares? It’s their problem now.
  8. They walk up and down that road from Nirun Condo’s to the Big C and often eat at the food court there. It’s older people generally. I think they walk to save on transportation costs.
  9. Those places suck though.
  10. Why is he wanting to shake hands instead of offering a wai?
  11. Sounds like everyone was consenting here. The real problem is hidden cams in short time hotel rooms that are posted to online amateur sites and make money off views. They sit on there for years and are syndicated off to hundreds of affiliate sites and very hard to get removed once posted.
  12. Really? They paid the real estate agent and the landlord never signed. The contract is with whomever signed and took the money (whoever that was ????).
  13. Are the chair renters taking up public spaces? The beach is full of it in Jomtein.
  14. I think the seashore is public everywhere, but I thought there were areas that were kind of roped off where there were no hawkers and the condo had it’s own chairs out up in Wongamat? Maybe it’s just a less popular area I’m thinking of. I heard some had “private beach access” but maybe that just means you can step out onto the beach directly.
  15. Please list condo projects in the Pattaya area with private beaches where non condo residents are discouraged.
  16. I think he paid in advance before moving in. Once there he was already out the money for the month. You can always just walk, the problem was getting refunded. I think he got the deposit back but lost the first months rent.
  17. It’s just fooling people, not really a scam. Not sure what the right word is, hustle maybe. It reminds me of the 3 card monte game. The ball is there so it’s your fault you picked the wrong shell or the ants!
  18. Well, yes. Any time somebody has a financial incentive they tend to skew things in their favor, even if they don’t realize what they are doing. I don’t think it’s even possible not to. Same with for profit businesses, they corrupt over time, nothing you can do about it. That’s why people take vows of poverty or just volunteer without pay.
  19. I said that’s what agents tend to do. They take great photo’s, but they leave out any dirty or negative areas, so it gives a false impression. That’s probably what happened to the poster, otherwise they would not have rented because there would have been ants in the pictures.
  20. Does not really matter, I always view in person. ????
  21. Is this for an O-A extension? You need the 3 million in a thai bank anyhow for an extension so keep shopping for insurance until you find it, or not.
  22. They take great photo's and fool people, or even photo's of a different unit, or mis-represent it to make a sale. Many people don't have the time to check every little detail on everything before they commit.
  23. Facebook looks sketchy with what looks like people taking out yearly leases and subletting, or just regular people posing as agents. I'm going to stick with a brick & mortar agency.
  24. I have always wanted to have a beer at breakfast. Will try that one day, but not every day. ????
  25. When retired focus on what other people are doing or where they are going ????
