They will want an agency with a real office so they can be around to negotiate about deposit returns and also make sure the owner who is getting your two months deposit is legit and not just someone subletting who is going to disappear with your money.

When I first visited Thailand and Samui many years ago I was up in a coconut grove with some other tourists where the locals were harvesting coconut. They cut some open and offered the water to us. You may need a new judge then. If he can’t be located and the judge insists your at a brick wall. Maybe the lawyer can ask the judge to release immigration records using the passport number and search for unknown addresses, emails and/or phone numbers, or emergency contact relatives, but it’s a long shot for a divorce and more something that would be done locating a fugitive. The judge may become so frustrated at the requests or wasting the courts time that he just grants the divorce.

You don’t usually need the other partners consent for a divorce. If they are gone or don’t respond the lawyer just makes reasonable attempts to find them with all available info and after a waiting period they are assumed to be notified.

Not a good idea at all to let your id’s expire. When homeless are interviewed they almost always mention id problems and lack of residential mailing address as a contributing factor. You can get caught in the system without valid Id. You also need to keep your birth certificate and social security card somewhere safe (and back it up on a cloud drive) so you can get a new id if you ever have to.

I’m not sure what country you are from but in the USA it’s simple to setup a shell company like a LLC online and business checking account. Transfer money from the business to Thailand every month and there’s your pension. It’s legit and not illegal.

Places like this are notorious for latching onto early stars, rock bands, etc. They send scouts out to find anybody with any talent, and secure early contracts that ensure they get profits from any future rising stars.

There’s people who actively listen so it’s not always just a mistake

I had a relative who had a toilet that would not flush. He called in a plumber and they would not replace the toilet unless they redid the bathroom floor also. He still lives with a toilet that barely flushes unless you use the plunger each time years later. Funny thing is the floor actually feels unstable and it feels like I was going to fall through the floor last time I took a leak.

Nope, I have had the same problem in many places. Am ridiculed whenever I bring it up. It is a problem. The best thing I have found it to get a corner unit. Bed goes against an outside wall. Problem solved. It’s not even the sex sounds that are the problem for me, it’s having my bed against a wall where the neighbor sleeps directly opposite and I am basically in bed with them. Interior units there are two neighbors on either side, a hallway side and a window side. Do the math (if you can ????????‍♂️).

There’s no real evidence either way until studies are done. There is some evidence of increasing death rates in multiple countries but nobody knows why. Some think it’s vaccine related, but it could be long Covid, or some other weird unknown factor we don’t know about. China is locking the country down and nobody knows why. The policy is too extreme for the current situation. They may be privy to info that has not been released but was known through their lab research, like future mutations.
