  1. Wonderwall - Oasis
  2. Maybe because an Asylum seeker is supposed to be a political refugee as opposed to a financial migrant (which a huge number of them are) claiming to be a political refugee.
  3. I remember when this song was out it was rumoured to be about 'knocking one out'. Supposedly, you looked like you were 'turning Japanese' when you were about to cum. Don't know if there was any truth to the rumour. 555
  4. Turning Japanese - Vapors
  5. Don't start that talking I could talk all night My mind goes sleep walking While I'm putting the world to right
  6. Common People - Pulp
  7. Myself and a friend walked out of an Indian restaurant in the UK without paying after having requested the bill three times. We had been drinking quite heavily and at the time he convinced me that it was both acceptable and actual written law that, if you have requested the bill three times and it hasn't been produced, then you are good to go.
  8. Because it is not financially beneficial for the asylum seekers to be relocated in Thailand. They are unlikely to be given free bed and board and even the industrious ones are unlikely to make their fortune in Thailand.
  9. Totally agree. Also, from the very limited information provided, I would guess at suicide yet the headline alludes to murder.
  10. She sells sanctuary - The Cult. Great song.
  11. Correct on the song but I thought it was Dave Edmunds who sang it. He happened to be a bandmate of Nick Lowe in Rockpile. Both of them often collaborated with Elvis Costello (who wrote Girl's Talk and happens to be my favourite musician and lyricist). Nick Lowe's biggest hit was 'I love the sound of breaking glass'.
  12. There are some things you can't cover up With lipstick and powder Thought I heard you mention my name Can't you talk any louder?
  13. I think you have hit the nail on the head with their lack of logic thinking skills comment (or they 'choose' not to understand). It seems that most people (non Thai) with a degree of comprehension of English (even if it is not their first language) can mostly understand often wildly mangled pronunciation of English by a Thai and get the general idea what they are trying to put across. Why is the opposite not the case? I go back to my comment that perhaps they 'choose' not to understand.
  14. Ghost in my House. R Dean Taylor?
  15. Not sure about that but I do believe he is Scottish though, so no surprise he doesn't tip.
  16. Not heard from Gottfrid for a couple of days.......
  17. Unless you are talking a high turnover business regarding the exports to the US, I think you will find the costs involved prohibitive. Especially as the product involved is petfood. As outlined in the above post, you will certainly need to engage a broker. They may well seek a US Insurer with local Thai representation who may have a slightly more sympathetic view of the exposure. However, you are probably talking a minimum starting point of US$5-10,000 premium regardless of turnover, much higher if you have substantial turnover. Have you been asked for a minimum limit of liability - US$ 1m, 5m, 10m?
  18. And who said romance is dead?....
  19. Should have pulled him up on his use of the word 'fluid' instead of 'fluent'......
  20. Normally, I only agree with less than half your posts (although you seem to have turned your Brit baiting down a notch recently 555) but this one I agree with wholeheartedly 👍
  21. I genuinely have no idea what warranted a 'sad' emoji to my above post offering a suggestion for a couple of movies, nor do I particularly care. However, show your face coward, at least give a reason for it. If you think one or both of the choices are rubbish then fair enough. 555
  22. Probably not on the list of films Bob but yesterday watched Chopper about the Australian 'madman' Mark Read (played by Eric bana). Pretty gruesome but enjoyed it. Another great film that I'd imagine not many have stumbled across is 'Once'. Got one of the guys from the commitments in it. It's about 20 years old and really tugs at the heart strings. Set in Dublin. Great soundtrack, great movie so should tick both your boxes at the same time.
  23. Honestly, would you expect anything else from that retard? I only ever see his posts when someone has replied to it and that is more than enough for me.
  24. IIRC = If I recall correctly
  25. Normally involves a six-pack, but beers, not abs, so I think that rules me out.
