If it were me, I would ask(a teacher) or relevant school with regard to what might be needed. Would it actually be necessary to take it to school or would it stay at home? Are there any particular programs that may need to be installed etc I wouldn’t set any stock in proclamations of what would be best, unless someone has knowledge of exactly what be needed.

No such thing… it depends on the exact location and the equipment available to you. Can even differ from floor to floor. If on a low floor, NT Wireless Thunder 3 month package could potentially be the best, but you need to have equipment that can see the signal. Next potentially best option could be DTAC unlimited 30 Mbps, again location and equipment permitting.
