ABCDBKK already put you right on that. 😊 EXTRACTS, not the flowers and leaves. The stupid is strong in this one… Seems you haven’t had your toke for the morning. Anger brimming up inside of you, Mr Keyboard Warrior. 😊

Quitting Google anything... fed up for constant changes
NextG replied to GypsyT's topic in IT and Computers
I guess you felt that was too much to write in your original post. That you need to be signed in if you want to save your location, in Google Maps. Quite different from “You can't quit gmail unless you don't want to use google maps and such.” Either way, thanks for the clarification. -
You don’t have even the slightest clue about what you are asserting. Show us an article where he asserted that the THC content of the flower buds should not be over 0.2%. You shouldn’t be debating if your knowledge of the subject is so poor.

Noticed some advertising for old school HiFi etc on the Tokyo floor of Terminal 21. Didn’t get around to taking a look as I was busy with other matters.

This is an ASUSPro device from 2014 Show me the ribbons that need to be disconnected. Hint: There are none. It’s a straightforward job. Either way, the OP’s issue is with something else.

Your laptop has a cr@p ATOM processor designed for Netbooks. Even with an SSD fitted it would still be a poor performer. But how about you post something on-topic?
-
Weird. Now you are pretending that you were discussing the ASUS and not your X250…
-
Nonsense. I know that exact model. There are no ribbons that need to be disconnected. You are just making things up. You undo the screws from the base, remove the base, slot in new RAM/M.2 SSD(one screw to fix M.2 SSD to motherboard). 2.5 SATA SSD is one or two screws more. No ribbons and no complicated manoeuvres.

Thanks. How about utilising https://testmy.net/ as requested? Why are you utilising a VPN server? That doesn’t replicate being in Bangkok. If you please, just a naked speed test utilising Test My.

Get them to swap in an SSD if you haven’t already done so yourself, if they can get it up and running first. Horrifying to see you writing of HDD in 2024.

Of course there are also the offshoots; GoMo and FinnMobile who offer unlimited packages. GoMo unlimited 10Mbps and FinnMobile unlimited 20 Mbps.

Some speed tests via https://testmy.net/ with approximate location could be helpful. They are on LTE Band 1 & Band 40. TOT(Now NT) network. Some idea of how you fare with coverage may also be helpful.

If you don't like it Leave ! Root canal

Since when? -
You need to test your existing SIM. Buy a cheap full speed/max speed day pack and then walk around the spot you might choose to with; testing the speeds with https://testmy.net/ Choosing the Combined Test option. You are looking for relatively stable connectivity. Take a screenshot of each test. This should build a picture as to whether it will be a reliable option for you. I get good speeds whilst out and about with DTAC, so it should be fine. It doesn’t need to be super fast, so an Unlimited pack may better suit if you’ll be online regularly. A 6Mbps+ connection should suffice if the connection is stable. Of course the higher the better. In the absence of any offers via the DTAC application, an Unlimited 8Mbps connection is 35 baht per day for test purpose. Unlimited 10Mbps is 482 baht for 30 days.

Are you sure? Cheaper crowns are ceramic over metal. Better are solid ceramic. -
AIS and True reinforce identity checks for multiple SIM card owners
NextG replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Do you have six SIMs registered in your name with AIS? If not, then no. -
Yes and in the ballpark. Unlimited refers to the volume of data, rather than the ‘speed’. Some claim to have been offered a 30Mbps 30 day package for 250 baht, though haven’t mentioned as to how it was offered. They stated that “it came up in their phone”. 😊 Do you need Unlimited? If large files are involved, perhaps a Max Speed pack is more suitable. How much data do you think you might use on a daily basis? What ‘shared Internet connection’ is being referred to above?
-
For example, I have an Unlimited data package; 20Mbps Down 20 Mbps Up. Inclusive of any network calls and Unlimited use of WiFi Hotspots for 300 baht inclusive. Probably good enough for most. DTAC tends to be asymmetrical. For example; 20 Mbps Down but perhaps just 4Mbps up. Not as useful if you need to upload large files but perhaps better than some free WiFi that might limit it to perhaps 1Mbps.

Can you write in an understandable manner? What is 1:1 supposed to mean? The speed you will receive is dependent on your location. No one can tell you what is available. You have to find the location where you want to work, run a speed test and then buy an appropriate package. Is your phone a dual SIM device?
