  1. Let the hand do the talking
  2. Some people here think that if she is not a prostitute she is a good girl. Reading the OP, it doesn't seem that way at all. I have dated plenty of normal, career girls even students who never asked for anything, yet it was ovbious they were hiding something, lying something or were just plain psychos.
  3. Another bloke who lost virginity in Thailand. I do wonder if you ever had sex with anyone before you would be asking these questions? Or a troll? In case you don't get it. You are already 100% incompatible due to cultural differences. The 10 year age gap may not seem big in Thailand, but in fact it is huge. As a woman in her early 20's she will have completely different ideas and interests. You live on hope and dreams probably alone in Thailand. She has 100's of friends who already know everything about you and doesn't have to go on internet forums for relationship advice. You already lost mathematically.
  4. According to google reviews they seem to have a stellar history of not paying any claims.
  5. Oh yes, that should be easy.
  6. It's just a bro showing love for the sister You know Thai families, no?
  7. Correct. It is utterly stupid to buy as most condos are paid in cash by foreign mugs meaning the bank does not pay yoy to live there while you use your money to invest back home. 10 years ago I came to Thailand with 100,000 Canadian pesos and a 75% mortgaged condo in Toronto. Tenants paid off my loan while I was renting in Thailand. If I used that money to buy a place here I would be stuck with depreciating property and no savings. Instead I have close to million bux. That being said your last point is correct, but since most of us are esentially tourists with yearly extensions you can't really do exactly as you please.
  8. I dunno what cook has to do with it, but I voted that
  9. Thailand is like a food market. You never know which color plastic chair you will get
  10. Another iconic building in Bangkok down the toilet. Could they have not simply refurbish it? If Elephant building wasn't mostly condos I am sure that would have been next.
  11. So, you are telling me that since my wife sold her condo the 3 units that showed up at a discount since then are "way outdated"? Yes, advertised prices and actual sold prices do vary...... normally on the way down. This in not Vancouver where there are bidding wars, lol
  12. So net zero with a bank loan, minus taxes, condo fees, repairs and about 10 months when the unit was empty during covid. Yea.... she the brains
  13. I am talking strictly about resale units, not new inflated units sold by developers. Also, some areas of Bangkok are holding ok, such as foreign ghettos like Thonglor and Ekkamai, but that is also hit and miss depending on the project. My wife who has been trying to sell her condo during covid, finally sold it in April for about 25% loss since she bought it 11 years ago. This is the condo that is located right next to the new train station which by itself should have brought the value UP not down. I told her that maybe she should hold on to it as it is relatively easy to rent being next to Samitivej Hospital and an international university (she sold it with tenants), but she wanted cash in hand. Just for fun, I decided to check the prices today and they now there are a few units at 10% lower than what she sold for. Absolutely mindboggling. Then I went online to check a few projects I was interested in during covid when the prices were low. Most of them are selling for the same 10% discount and most are the exact same units that were offered 3 years ago. What is even more shocking is that if you are on a budget and you need a 27sqm crash pad in a well maintained newish low rise in the middle of Sathorn right opposite of MahaNakhon buliding and next to Holiday Inn express you can now have it for 88.888 per square meter or 2.4 million. This unit has also been selling forever and recently discounted by 10%. I am guessing the Chinese that are coming here are not the same Chinese of yesteryear.
  14. I am guessing, but someone correct me if I am wrong that in "civilized country" the repairs would not come out of police officer's pocket, but would be covered by either police or insurance.
  15. Is there as point of watching 46 minutes of this as I am guessing we already live in Gambia posting on Gambian forum and know the story of sad old expired humans wanting something that they can only buy with money.... kinda like here in Gambia where we live and post. I already watch 90 day fiance with sad fat Western women and men going through the same cARP, but at least it is funny.
  16. You can buy 1500 houses in France for dat money
  17. It is a very bad hedge, same as bitcoin. If Gold was currency hedge the price would be much higher today/ I bought some gold (only 7oz) in 2012 at the price of around $1600. Today the price of gold is what.... not even $1900. Yes, I bought at the top, but even if this was the case the prices of everything tripled since 2012. I bought me a condo in Toronto for 235k now it is 600k.... and I only invested 25% of that money.... the rest was a bank loan which was paid by my tenants. BTW, if I sold that condo today they bank would be paying me minimum $2300 monthly for a term loan in Canada. With that I could buy 1oz of gold every month, but I don't want to because it is a lousy henge. Instead for physical things I buy Star Wars and Lego. Yeah.... you heard that right.
  18. Typical newbie. Probably thinking it must be so easy to trade gold selling it to shops. Kinda like buying a condo in Thailand and if it does not work out you can always sell it for a small loss. Except there is this small thing called commission. lol
  19. Wow.... I wonder how you go to bed with someone like this. My guess. You probably don't.
  20. I find the exact opposite. Most Thais don't give a flyin f As a matter of fact I am watching pron while my wife is sitting across me not giving a damn
  21. In those 3 years he could have followed the simple rules and extend his visa. He could have also applied for a residence permit for his Children in Sweden. Wait.... he could still do that. But perhaps children are better off living in a village without this loser.
  22. She obviously went to see her bro We all know Thais can't live without their families, wots German guy problem
