@Sheryl I got prescribed 3 meds. Paikiller which I did not take as the pain stopped. Rowatinex which is for kidney stones and Tamsulosin for I don't know what because I did not have problem urinating or have enlarged prostate. My only diagnosis was very small kidney stones. Been talkingTamsulosin for almost a week before sleep and noticed I have retrograde ejaculation. I mean nothing comes out no matter how hard I try ????????. I read that this is somewhat common side effect, but as I have still one week to go I don't know if there would be any long term effects. I really don't know why I was prescribed this at all. Is this another case of overprescribing medication for nothing or am I wrong?

I have to agree with most of your points. When i was between marriages here in Thailand (my 3rd one here) I met quite a few girls on Tinder who just wanted sex, maybe a serious relationship, but never asked me for 1 baht for the company. Some were generous and paid for food or movies, others I paid, one gave me keys to her condo for 3 months, etc. Most of them had education and employment. I pity the guys who after all this time in Thailand convinced themselves that you alway have to pay to be touched. My final Tinder date was my Chinese wife that will literally scream "yours is different" to the usual suspects with their Batman meme as she has MBA, works for a foreign company and literally lived with her parents until she met me. I will let the fools have fun with that one, but at least I am not a hypocrite and will fully admit that once you get married the sex with the same person gets boring (it goes both ways) and I do often long for freedom. However, what I get in return is worth it to me which is being treated with respect and not as ATM.

This one we actually have data from her realtor friend. As for the sold condo, we might be moving to canada, so she would rather use that money there. I think 12 years was a pretty long term for that condo and maitrnance fees are already high and will go higher. Then no one will want to buy it.

It was an investment property. It was quite easy to find student rentals pre covid. Now she is stuck with another dog.....breeze Narathiwas. Although not next to BTS station the location is near Sathorn and units and building are quite well managed. Looking at another 20-25% loss.
