@Sheryl I got prescribed 3 meds. Paikiller which I did not take as the pain stopped. Rowatinex which is for kidney stones and Tamsulosin for I don't know what because I did not have problem urinating or have enlarged prostate. My only diagnosis was very small kidney stones. Been talkingTamsulosin for almost a week before sleep and noticed I have retrograde ejaculation. I mean nothing comes out no matter how hard I try ????????. I read that this is somewhat common side effect, but as I have still one week to go I don't know if there would be any long term effects. I really don't know why I was prescribed this at all. Is this another case of overprescribing medication for nothing or am I wrong?

The stuff you see on Amazon is the same stuff stuff sold on Lazada for half the price, probably much less when you include shipping. The stuff on Amazon is the same Chinese junk sold on Lazada.

I find Lotut quality is much better than BigC. Unfortunately BigC yellow stickers are better. Sometimes i puke after buying discounted merch, but it is worth it for the savingz

You wanna know what annoyed me with your post? Here you go: A lot of you folk who marry bargirls for whatever reason always keep harping about the same thing. "It's none of your business". "Don't be judgemental". "Don't stereotype". But you seem to be too quick to proclaim that "normal" girls are boring. That you probably married someine old and ugly....and my favorite "yours is different". In fact it is the mongers who are always the most hypocfitical and most judgemental.

Why not enjoy Laos for a month? You already paid for a visa. I know I would. -
I have to agree with most of your points. When i was between marriages here in Thailand (my 3rd one here) I met quite a few girls on Tinder who just wanted sex, maybe a serious relationship, but never asked me for 1 baht for the company. Some were generous and paid for food or movies, others I paid, one gave me keys to her condo for 3 months, etc. Most of them had education and employment. I pity the guys who after all this time in Thailand convinced themselves that you alway have to pay to be touched. My final Tinder date was my Chinese wife that will literally scream "yours is different" to the usual suspects with their Batman meme as she has MBA, works for a foreign company and literally lived with her parents until she met me. I will let the fools have fun with that one, but at least I am not a hypocrite and will fully admit that once you get married the sex with the same person gets boring (it goes both ways) and I do often long for freedom. However, what I get in return is worth it to me which is being treated with respect and not as ATM.

These inflated charts from hipflat are never accurate. These are the prices people want, but not what the condos sold for..... which is under 100,000 per square meter. This one we actually have data from her realtor friend. As for the sold condo, we might be moving to canada, so she would rather use that money there. I think 12 years was a pretty long term for that condo and maitrnance fees are already high and will go higher. Then no one will want to buy it. -

It was an investment property. It was quite easy to find student rentals pre covid. Now she is stuck with another dog.....breeze Narathiwas. Although not next to BTS station the location is near Sathorn and units and building are quite well managed. Looking at another 20-25% loss. -

However, in my wife's case who just sold her own condo she bought 12 years ago. Purchase price, 1.7 million in 2010. Meanwhile BTS station opened (next door to condo), the shopping mall opened, next to major hospital and quite in demand with Stanford University students. The management went downhill. Sold 2 months ago for 1.39 million. Minus realtor fees, minus various taxes total around 1.3 mil. Location Srinakarin Her friend works for CBRE and she told me these depreciations are quite normal for condos. Not so for houses. So, forgive me for being a bit skeptical. -

Show me the link please. Nevermind, I found it myself.

My wife is Chinese and I won't let her drive a car past 50. What I noticed is that Chinese drivers don't drive angry, or have much road rage in them. They genuinely think they are excellent drivers. -

No, no data. If there was any data we would actually know the "sold" prices of condos that you actually sold for, like in any civilized country. That being said, if you bought The Base in Pattaya (which is an AirBnB central) it is possible to make a profit, especially if you bought during preconstruction or during pandemic. I am more familiar with Bangkok. Lumpini Makasan precon price started at 3.5 million which means the smallest room on the lowest floor (Studio 23sqm). Today I can get the cheapest room in this project on 24th floor 27sqm for 3.25 million, probably lower with negotiation. This building is what.... 4-5 years old? So, for at least this project that seems to be a lie. Oh, and even if you were flipping these not so desirable condos the fact that you supposedly sold them in a short term would trigger quite a bit of taxes at the land office. -
