Not true. You need to read a contract. Most agents will put a clause that they are still enfitled to comission even if you sell through another agent.

Waste of time. You need to find a good real estate agent, period. My wife has been in sales for 20 years from franchasing 7/11 stores to industrial manufacturing. 95% of sales people here like to gloat, but are useless in real life. We recently sold a Condo in Bangkok using one of her real estate agent friends in this really crappy environment.....for a loss mind you....but we sold it because her friend doesn't suck at her job.

It is better than my wife's previous Ford. They actually refused to honor the warranty. She tossed it and bought Honda. I do prefer American cars over Japanese due to comfort and generally a better ride. It's just that after service on some of these brands sucks. In totally unrelated issue, how many Farang mugs know tyat the warranty on your brand new shiny condo in Thailand is only 1 year. No wonder Japanese cars here hold better value than real estate.

When MG took over in Thailand they brought all their stuff by boat from China. I am talking about mechanical stuff, not about installed speakers. My wife's customers were Honda, Toyota, Panasonic, Yamaha, Seagate and dozens of big names in Thailand. She knows her stuff. She is right here with me.... wanna ask her something?

This is incorrect. As wife has been supplier for car manufacturers in Thailand working for Japanese company for almost 15 years (and now remotely for a US company who wants to get into Thailand) I know exactly what goes inside what brand of cars. MG uses exclusively cheapest of the cheap parts made in China and while other car manufacturers may in fact use some parts made in china, the parts have been tested and made in Japanese or whatever factories following certain standards.

Until of course it starts falling apart because it uses Chinese parts or it is time to honor the warranty /thread

Homeless beggars in San Fran, just like in my city of Toronto and more famously Vancouver are drug addicts who are on the streets by choice. They simply refuse to go to shelters and be fed. San Francisco, just like Toronto and vancouver are not the only places to live. A lot of cheap places in North America to settle.
