I did. https://theins.ru/en/society/281495 The Insider. But .ru means what? Russia? Here's another one. Cornell University. There must be thousands of these articles, and most people will not take the time to try to figure out if it's a reliable news source. And it's almost impossible to know what's reliable information in this day and age, anyway. You want free speech? You got it. Now no one knows what to believe anymore. https://as.cornell.edu/news/trumps-abrupt-decision-play-dj-sign-accelerating-cognitive-decline-says-cornell-expert

I just googled it and sure enough there are news articles about Trump's cognitive decline, backed by real life psychiatrists, of course. Not saying it's true, but I'm saying anybody can put a spin on anything and there is an army of spin doctors out there doing just that. Again, good luck getting the last word and finding the smoking gun. There's way too much spin out there. https://theins.ru/en/society/281495

The problem is cognitive decline is hard to prove. And if you ever played sports, you'd know that the best offence is a good defence. So now they're starting to claim that Trump has cognitive decline. How can you prove he doesn't and that he isn't unhinged (which is a medical term, by the way)? Anybody can put a spin on anything. Good luck trying to get the last word.

Another guy who hates rich people. He needed to invest his savings to open it, didn't he? He had to take risks with his money, no? The animals are "retired" and need support, no? Maybe he's overcharging? But you conclude it's a scam because you're jealous that he owns a villa?

Are you misrepresenting the facts ? Here's a link: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-s-beautiful-bill-spans-more-than-1-000-pages-here-s-what-s-inside-it/ar-AA1Fe6tz?ocid=msedgntp&pc=U531&cvid=91816008cc9a4cba9b935f5d88b4554e&ei=35 1 - In the other thread, you mentioned cuts to food aid. It's not exactly a cut. It's a transfer from federal to state. House Republicans would reduce spending on food aid, what is known as the Supplemental Nutrition and Assistance Program, by about $267 billion over 10 years. States would shoulder 5% of benefit costs, beginning in fiscal 2028, and 75% of the administrative costs. Currently, states pay none of the benefit and half of the administration costs. 2 - Money is being cut in some areas, but it's being redistributed to other areas, which you goons constantly attacking Trump fail to mention. And not only that, continually assault Trump for greasing his pockets and his billionaire buddies. An EXAGGERATION. You remind me of a Bible thumper. When you point out weird passages in the Bible, they just pretend they don't exist. From the same article: At the same time, the legislation would invest $60 billion in new money for agriculture programs, sending aid to farmers.

Finally a MAGA point of view i can relate to.

You could make that argument I suppose. But my guess is loads of people hate the MAGA team just because of the whiff of money surrounding that administration. Regardless of what they do. A lot of people just resent and do not trust very wealthy people. -

They have a moral responsibility to do sth with their massive wealth. Elon seems like he's doing projects to help humanity. Bill Gates is hated because of vaccines? But didn't he spend a fortune trying to find a cure for malaria? Not sure what Jeff Bezos is doing. -

Yes, but there are ways billionaires get around this. Offhsore havens. And ... sometimes they just move to another country. Apple set up in Ireland because of low taxes. So loss of jobs in the US. And ... Elon is a billionaire that is using his money for projects that benefit people, in my opinion. The average human being cannot undertake massive projects. So in some cases like Elon, billionaires might be a good thing. -

stupid joke removed. it's a case by case. some got rich more ethically than others maybe. and some billionaires may be noble in their intentions, others not. -

The fact that billionaires exist and got rich in the first place is the "transfer". It is possible that there should be a cap on how much one person should own ... but that's an entirely different subject. And since they own everything, it may never happen. In fact, we may see the first trillionaire soon. -

I think people have a cynical and warped view about what most govts are doing. They don't sit around just concerned about lining their own pockets. They actually try to generate income for the entire country. You can see this over and over in the Thai News here as the govt constantly comes up with strategies to increase tourism because money trickles down to the entire population. Even though some plans don't always work out, they're trying. You pissed off that a few people keep the lion's share? Well, suck it up. That's how it's always been. If you want to get rich, become a CEO of something. Still, they are trying to stimulate the economy in general. Apart from a few psycho leaders in some countries maybe. But Trump ain't one of them. Project Stargate is a massive monumentally ambitious 500 Billion dollar AI project. Backed by Trump. https://www.usnews.com/news/national-news/articles/2025-01-23/what-is-the-trump-backed-stargate-ai-project-and-why-is-it-controversial This infrastructure will secure American leadership in AI, create hundreds of thousands of American jobs, and generate massive economic benefit for the entire world.- 103 replies

I dont understand half the things he's doing and I think it may take some time to see how things play out. Maybe in the future, I will like him a lot less when I see where all of this is heading. I'm not sure yet. -

from someone who is only there one month a year. and for whom they need to be available during that month or they lose the yearly salary. so they cannot start a real relationship. or they can, but they would need to hide the real boyfriend for that one month when the sponsor arrives. ultimately, it's their choice ... but money makes people make bad decisions.
