Someone forgot: many readers read this forum on a small 6-7 inch phone. The impact the add has on a small screen, is Huge. The add: block scroll up / down arrow, on my phone. The add always pop up: - when I refresh the page. - when I change to another page. This was a bad idea, same as previous pop up ads, that many members commented on. Simple math, it doesn't help to get ??? new readers per day, if ??? old readers and members are leaving. Think about that for a second. Pop-up ads, all people hate. Better with a Banner on top, of every page 👍

Thai Airways launches direct flights from Bangkok to Istanbul
Shop mak replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand Travel Forum
Istanbul??? Thai ignore larger European cities, until christmas or next year? Would be more profitable to open routes to Europe now, if only Thai could set their fares similar to other airlines. That never going to happen. -

OP, unless you have been in a relationship with her for 3-5 years, don't go there. Many relationships ends long before that, even if you think your girlfriend are different. Many forum members have lived here in Thailand for 20-30-40 years. Listen to what they say, about all the dangers and pittfalls. They don't do it to pi$$ you off, rather warn you against doing what you plan to do, by yourself. It's irrelevant how many properties you bought before, in other countries. Things are very different here. If you knew how many relationships and marriages that don't last 5 years here, you would rush to a Lawyer asap, to avoid many future problems. You must hire a Lawyer, before you start spending money. @ThaiLawOnline He know the Law here. If you don't follow any advice already given, maybe you listen to those who work in the legal field.

I would contact the bank / finance company first. They have rules, and penalties would be applied, when she want to finish the contract earlier. Find someone who want to buy the car, then go together to the Bank / Finance company. 'Find someone who want to take over her contract'. I would not choose this option myself, as the current 'old owner' would now rely on that the 'new owner' will be able to finish payments according to contract. Lawyer (Fees) would be needed to set up a contract between old and new owner, if lender would allow this? Take-over should only be done if bank / finance company will change current contract, make a new contract with the buyers name. an lender suggest a better more economical option? I would rather go to the Honda dealer she bought the car from, and ask to return the car to the store, for Commission Sale. Many potensial future Honda owners would go to a Honda store. Start contact the bank finance company in person, and go from there.

How about yourself Bob Smith? Have YOU burned bridges with people back home? How was it? Do YOU regret it? I often compare you with a freelancer who take my money and leave, before service rendered. 555 You're a expert to ask all kind of questions, but never have I read any of your OP with some examples from your own life. How come? What gives? Are we all only your "Johns / mongers"? Time to Put Out, Bob.
