  1. @GypsyT Here is a good read for you. Read it a few times, one realize that one need to consult a lawyer.
  2. Someone forgot: many readers read this forum on a small 6-7 inch phone. The impact the add has on a small screen, is Huge. The add: block scroll up / down arrow, on my phone. The add always pop up: - when I refresh the page. - when I change to another page. This was a bad idea, same as previous pop up ads, that many members commented on. Simple math, it doesn't help to get ??? new readers per day, if ??? old readers and members are leaving. Think about that for a second. Pop-up ads, all people hate. Better with a Banner on top, of every page 👍
  3. Another new Quality thread, all about nothing. Well done. Get in the bed and sleep now. You must be exhausted.
  4. Istanbul??? Thai ignore larger European cities, until christmas or next year? Would be more profitable to open routes to Europe now, if only Thai could set their fares similar to other airlines. That never going to happen.
  5. Thai children are expected to look after their parents in their old age. Don't know if Thai family law cover this. Reading the link, seems it can take 2-4 months in court to get mum evicted, the she has up to 2 months to get out. Worth mentioning that mum has her own unit somewhere.
  6. OP, What city you stay? Edit: seem that you stay in Bangkok, right? Members in BKK who know good agents?
  7. Lisa net worth: $20 Million Dating CEO of TAG Heuer
  8. No. Not until your bank ask for your TIN # No. Not as per today. From 1/1/2024 might be different. Wait and see. Yes, only if or when your bank ask you. Else relax.
  9. OP, unless you have been in a relationship with her for 3-5 years, don't go there. Many relationships ends long before that, even if you think your girlfriend are different. Many forum members have lived here in Thailand for 20-30-40 years. Listen to what they say, about all the dangers and pittfalls. They don't do it to pi$$ you off, rather warn you against doing what you plan to do, by yourself. It's irrelevant how many properties you bought before, in other countries. Things are very different here. If you knew how many relationships and marriages that don't last 5 years here, you would rush to a Lawyer asap, to avoid many future problems. You must hire a Lawyer, before you start spending money. @ThaiLawOnline He know the Law here. If you don't follow any advice already given, maybe you listen to those who work in the legal field.
  10. I would contact the bank / finance company first. They have rules, and penalties would be applied, when she want to finish the contract earlier. Find someone who want to buy the car, then go together to the Bank / Finance company. 'Find someone who want to take over her contract'. I would not choose this option myself, as the current 'old owner' would now rely on that the 'new owner' will be able to finish payments according to contract. Lawyer (Fees) would be needed to set up a contract between old and new owner, if lender would allow this? Take-over should only be done if bank / finance company will change current contract, make a new contract with the buyers name. an lender suggest a better more economical option? I would rather go to the Honda dealer she bought the car from, and ask to return the car to the store, for Commission Sale. Many potensial future Honda owners would go to a Honda store. Start contact the bank finance company in person, and go from there.
  11. See section 371 in the following link https://library.siam-legal.com/thai-law/criminal-code-misdemeanors-sections-367-374/ A newer updated version in Thai language here.
