  1. Yup, the ingredients at Subway leave a lot to be desired, or to be thrown in the trash.
  2. I see my response went over your head, obtuse much?
  3. I see comprehension is a lost art.
  4. Iran would be pretty stupid or extremely naive to not believe that, by the way.....I don't think they are naive.
  5. Too bad the Thai's didn't warn Singapore and let them deal with it when it arrived.
  6. In America at least, there are tons of REAL sandwich shops, so if you need to go to Subway, you must be desperate.
  7. This isn't Rome, far from it, it's more like one of the last kingdoms of the barbarians.
  8. It's important to get there quickly if you want to get you picture on the national news.
  9. More like "especially his proxy prime minister"
  10. Kicking and screaming on their way there, but they will be forced to do it at some point, when stolen identities get worse and worse. It's already headed that way with the new verified drivers licenses.
  11. I'm a 55 year old American, I'm pretty sure I understand America .....LOL But I still think it should happen, it will also cut down on identity theft, which is a huge problem. If people already have a Passport or the new verified Licenses, then they would be hypocrites to have a problem with a National ID system.
  12. Once you leave Rome, you have no choice but to live by the code of the Barbarian tribes.
  13. We really need to get a National ID system in place like Thailand, with physical address, not just a SS# and a Birth Certificate. It should also be setup to monitor at the federal level where exactly someone lives, so people don't vote in two states, or pretend to live in another state.
  14. Yup, one of the few things I agree with Islam on.
  15. Does he get to go to a fake prison too, or is that only for Thaksin?
  16. I hope part of her sentence is removal of her ovaries.
  17. There are plenty of "low quality" products from Thailand already, I try to avoid both Thai and Chinese made items, though that can be difficult sometimes.
  18. If everyone jumped off a cliff to their death, should we all "follow the crowd"?
  19. He also has a road rage case against him, and unlawful possession of a gun case, this isn't his first rodeo, this guy needs to get punted. But I am still trying figure out how that hasn't happened already, as he was declared a public menace by immigration and politicians, he should already have been removed and backlisted.
  20. Like you, we are legally married in both Thailand and the USA. Not sure about the 50% thingy, but I don't use the medical coverage enough to have tested that scenario. My wife is a Professor and one of the board of directors at a public university hospital. From what she tells me, we are both covered for as long as we live, or I should say as long as she lives.
  21. The same way those Kiwi brothers got out of attacking a police officer and taking his weapon.
  22. Wasn't he labeled a threat to social peace by the immigrations office and the governor of the Province? He won his case, but I thought he was still being deported, or is that not so anymore?
  23. I'm hoping they include words "Family Friendly" in the sign, along with a few go-go dancers, a couple of fat expats sitting on barstools, and maybe a ladyboy smoking a joint.
  24. Yes, the pollution and the people dying from it is just a "misunderstanding", which can be fixed with a brown envelope and a wai. This year will be no different from any other year, no matter what anyone says, nor by any unenforceable law(s) they may pass. TIT
