No. I explained why. Here's an example. During Covid there was a wave of anti-Asian hate in the U.S. So if you saw Asians or Asian spaces being racially attacked, those were hate crimes. If you saw mostly white republicans hit with anti-Asian hate, that would just be a stupid troll.

It's not a hate crime if they are Nazis.
