  1. Authentic Japanese? Yes. Korean bibimbap? Yes. Falafel? Yes. Greek gyros? Yes Foams? No but haven't looked. You live in the sticks?
  2. Yeah I'm sure its somewhat office dependent like so many other things. My experience at Jomtien is that one year I provided the bank statement to be proactive as I had some aggregate entries and the next year I didn't because my passbook showed everything.
  3. It shouldn't require much effort. You missed my point entirely.
  4. Statement or not they do need to see ALL transactions going back to the previous extension. Some offices will accept a copy of the passbook if you don't have aggregate entries.
  5. They have made it too hard to actually get the boosters for many of us that are eligible. If it was easy for you great. Note the word many does not mean all. As for many its difficult to actually make this happen for those that want it imagine the reaction of the vaccine hesitant! They definitely won't bother. Not only does the government need to persuade the hesitant they need to make it much easier and much more convenient to actually get it. Anything short of that is failure.
  6. Right. No need for an agent. Well unless the officer wants to be difficult about accepting two accounts.
  7. I just watched that entire short film on youtube. Sadly I can't unwatch it. Ken Russell apparently wanted to make an incredibly bad movie. He succeeded.
  8. Well most small cities anyway. The worst "Thai" restaurant I ever visited was in Russellville Arkansas.
  9. Connected to places where we can do our "own research" innit.
  10. You're wrong. I used to cook Thai food myself in California. There were huge markets to source authentic ingredients.
  11. He wasn't talking about Bangkok. But is that really true? BPH in Pattaya charges and makes no guarantee of shot date or even if the dose will arrive at all.
  12. The origin of Pad Thai is definitely interesting. I wonder if it would sell as well if it was called Authoritarian Axis Noodles.
  13. Not all. Go where the Thai people and well traveled foodies go.
  14. The 800k must be in A THAI bank account and not one baht less for at least TWO MONTHS prior to your extension application at immigration. If I'm reading your case correctly then you have a problem. Solutions include starting over with a new visa or paying an agent to make your problem go away.
  15. If you don't update your passbook frequently then banks tend to aggregate deposits and withdrawals making it impossible to check compliance. This is a very common problem. In such cases definitely obtain and present a full record showing ALL transactions.
  16. That I don't know. But definitely bring statements for both banks for the entire year.
  17. If I were you I would get immigration letters from both banks and present your application with two banks from the start! Using multiple banks is definitely allowed. Going under the required money definitely isn't. What's the point of playing games and not presenting the second bank? They will see the shortfall and they are going to demand an immigration letter anyway from the second bank. Turns out you never were in non compliance.
