I don’t even believe you did this. I could be wrong. Seems what any sane airline would do is realize a seat is going to be unoccupied during pre takeoff routines and if it’s a booked flight, they’d fill the seat with a paying customer… because… that’s what airlines are in the business of doing

Just do t fly that airline with those seats anymore if you don’t like it. Easy. You people need to stop complaining

As far as I’m concerned flights are each man for themselves. The airline has designed the seats a certain way, anyone has a complaint they need to take it up with the airline. Don’t be telling me anything on a 15 hour flight because I am not listening

Just take a pill and everything will be ok. We’ve been manipulated to think this way, for some (clear throat) odd reason. And it’s certainly worked. You know what we’re supposed to do when we get sick, not every ailment but many of them: start eating better. Change your lifestyle. Be more active. Get outdoors. He’ll get an outdoor active hobby. But no, take a pill, is what they’ll have you believe. It’s propaganda.

Not even kidding. Op. Go buy a corded black and decker “hammer” drill. And don’t look back. Drill holes in every wall you want. The nice part about drilling holes in walls is it takes about a minute and a half to fix a drill hole with some grout, as long as you can get the damn plastic thing out but I usually just do like the Thai and hammer it into the wall more and grout over it

Even if you’re not handy at all you can do it. The problem imo is people give up after they try to fix something and they break it or worse hurt themselves. You gotta push through those tough times son. Hard times make hard men

It’s funny I installed two deadbolts. I hated it because the chizling part drives me crazy and it’s really easy to chisel a huge chunk off and completely screw up the threashold. So I called a pro on the third one thinking how smooth his skills would be. Next thing I know he’s hammering away at something and all hell is breaking loose. My paint is cracking near the door, and he took longer than I ever took to install one. I finally realized you must do these things yourself my god you just must. I often find myself joking now the only tool thai men really need or use is a hammer. Go to a construction site. You’ll see. It’s all hammers. Everyone of them is hammering. All day

A drill is basically the only tool I have here. You cant be calling people every time you want to put something on a wall, cmon. Get yourself a nice plug in drill that has hammer mode and start hanging your own stuff. Trouble us the room gets so dusty afterwards I can’t even stand to make holes anymore

I’m pretty sure I just got robbed at a yellow bank atm. The rate has always been real good when taking out cash from my overseas account. I’ll have to double check the numbers but a new screen popped up saying there’s a 5% exchange rate mark up”. Whatever is going on it seems really significant I think I lost about 1500 baht on a 500 dollar withdrawal. I wonder if this is yellow bank specific or what. Hope I can get this sorted out. what’s really annoying is they already charge me 220 baht to make a withdrawal, maybe that wasn’t enough for the greedy schmucks

I need some propane or LPG for a barbecue but it will just be a one off thing. I went to buy some and the woman spoke no English. Are you buying the actual tank when you go to these places, or is the money she was asking for go down as a deposit that will be returned when you bring the tank back. For example I just needed a little tank and she was quoting me 1400 baht and I believe 190 for a gas refill. If I would have given her 1400 what happens when I come back with an empty tank? Do I get a deposit back?

I suppose lord help you if Putin wants you to think the sky is blue and you fight it for god knows what reason I have no idea. I personally follow facts and logic and do my own research. It’s not all that difficult. Seems you should try the same the putin thing is just a spoonfed talking point that people mindlessly regurgitate.

Let’s just say for the sake of argument 7up, for lack of a better example, causes cancer. What is the right way to approach this? It can go one of two ways… People publicly discuss the science and try to figure out the problem and find a solution. or… one group says “there will be no discussion, we’ve decided on the answers and all the policies” without any public discussion. Further, any time anyone write a post or makes a video counter to their position, it is censored. Once again, as I have stated repeatedly, I do not know how there can even be a rational human being who believe the 2nd option is the way to go. Even in the case that they were correct, they’re still wrong, because they are quelling speech and censoring discussion. There literally is no argument here.
