  1. Where I live all new construction has a recessed washing machine outlet box (WMOB) installed in the laundry room. Has provisions for two faucets and a drain. They are made of a plastic material, so do not rust out. Flood Safe or other brands are highly recommended, especially if the washing machine is located on an upper floor.
  2. Of course, we know where it came from. What is important is how Hamas diverted (stole) the money and used it on themselves and not on Gazan civilians like it was intended to be. https://www.businessinsider.com/israel-security-forces-escorted-suitcases-cash-hamas-qatar-report-2023-12 https://www.independent.co.uk/news/gaza-strip-hamas-unrwa-palestinians-palestinian-authority-b1979393.html Then again, it is difficult to determine what you consider important, as long as you get your two cents in.
  3. My post is about how the money was spent, not where it came from.
  4. ****Content from removed post edited out**** It amazes me how much Hamas accomplished in that sub-human open air prison. They managed to divert millions, possibly billions, of dollars in foreign aid to build an intricate tunnel system under schools, kindergartens, hospitals and apartment buildings stocked with you name it. Had this money went where it was intended to go, Gaza would have a first class water and sewage disposal system. Instead Hamas deprived Gazans of everyday amenities that their elite enjoyed. If Hamas can treat their own people like this it is no wonder why they behave like depraved animals when attacking Israelis.
  5. It is horrific scenes like this that make it extremely difficult for any Israeli, including Netanyahu, to contain themselves. Yet we have one poster that condemns the Prime Minister for his choice of words.
  6. Bloomberg is reporting that insurance carriers are considering withdrawing coverage for shipping in the Red Sea. NOTE: Not furnishing link because it has a paywall.
  7. As I mentioned in a previous post, besides aerial attacks and financial sanctions the U.S. is also attempting to stem the flow of Iranian weapons components to the Houthis. https://www.aol.com/2-missing-navy-seals-were-155200542.html Notice the photos of items seized.
  8. I have yet to see any definitive recommendations as to how Israel can avoid this. Talk is cheap. The IDF has a job to do. They also have a duty to minimize their own casualties. You seem to forget who started this latest conflict. Or maybe you haven't and just like to argue for arguments sake.
  9. Plus, no replies from him when anyone counters what's in these videos.
  10. The lesson to be learned here is the reality of war. In this case, innocent children are the victims. The scars of this war, if they survive, will be with them for the rest of their lives. Of course, it is all Israel's fault.
  11. The top echelon of Hamas doesn't worry about food stalls. They have access to fine dining along with clean drinking water, etc.
  12. Sad. However, you forgot to post pictures of Hamas' victims that were slaughtered in the most heinous ways.
  13. This is not just a friendly argument. This is about playing for keeps and nice guys come out last. Speaking of idiots.......
  14. Get over it. War is hell. Don't start one if you don't want to pay the price.
  15. But,but, but in this case it's different. In appreciation, the Palestinians will turn against their masters, Hamas. They will ensure Hamas does not receive any of this aid. In reality, this is the kind of logic that loses wars.
  16. Not according to this: https://oilprice.com/Geopolitics/Middle-East/A-Houthi-Retaliation-Could-Send-Oil-Prices-Soaring.html
  17. Yep, when people are pissed they say some awful things.
  18. Just because Netanyahu acceded to Blinken does not mean his contempt for Hamas disappeared. Those kinds of memories are hard to remove. How you wish to interpret Netanyahu's words is up to you. Enough said.
  19. By October 16, Netanyahu had seen it all and must of been sick to his stomach about the unthinkable atrocities committed by Hamas. Mostly likely revenge was on his mind. It was Blinken who brought him to his senses and convinced Netanyahu that his violation of humanitarian rights was going to backfire mostly because the U.S. could not support Israel if they went down that path. Easy to say that emotions should not get in the way in dealing with such a delicate situation. No one wants to be in this kind of situation and Netanyahu probably never thought he would witness such horrific brutality. Now back to reality. Now back to business. Netanyahu had a job to do. Hamas must never be allowed to repeat this. In order to accomplish this, Hamas must be destroyed. And so the war continued with many civilian casualties. The IDF made mistakes. Very difficult not to do when the enemy hides behind women and children and stores their weaponry inside or next to schools, kindergartens, hospitals and in the homes of civilians. This is where we are today. It is up to the experts to sort this all out. Many posters talk like they know it all, but they don't.

  21. Yes, despicable. Where is the outrage by South Africa against Hamas for the taking of hostages and their torture? There are also international rules against these crimes, not only genocide. I believe they would prosecuted under the ICC and not the ICJ.
  22. Not yet. Supposedly the U.S. Navy is in the final stages of testing their newly developed counter-battery fire system.
  23. If China were to lose its Middle Eastern oil there might not be much energy left to produce sorely needed exports. Rather doubt it if Russian oil could make up the loss. https://www.statista.com/statistics/1310953/oil-imports-by-country-china/ https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/Is-China-Overly-Reliant-On-Middle-Easter-Oil.html I mentioned sanctions on Yemen, not Iran, albeit some may be tied to Iran. The U.S. is imposing sanctions on the Houthi's key financiers.
