WOW thanks that worked. I added the +44 and got through to my bank. I had to remove my card from Google Wallet and go into my mobile banking app and through Google Pay add the card back, So it's now in my wallet. Thanks to all that replied.

Thanks for the replies. I went through the 8 steps listed by bamnutsak. When i click accept it takes me to a phone number which i need to ring for verification. It's a UK number 0345 so can not connect from Thailand. My card, and phone has plenty of credit and i have used it recently. When i look up Google Play on my phone app it seems to think that a credit card is already added. I will try the other steps suggested by bamnutsak and ring my bank AGAIN

I have been trying to put my UK credit card details on a Google Wallet. Thought it might be useful for any future payments. On the wallet i get as far as a UK phone number which it says i have to ring to get my bank's approval but the number won't connect. I tried my bank phone app and ringing my bank Halifax but they couldn't help in setting up the card in Google Pay. Anyone been able to do it?
